This hotel is one of the best we have been in baku.having a good location ,cards entry in rooms and additional bathrooms in corridor make it better than others .Every room has a hair dryer in bathroom ,daily cleaning service and tours and cars on rent are also available. ,a very good hotel very clean .Having their own restaurant. They offer a very good buffet breakfast.Room is spacious having a mini bar in it a dining table with chairs and it's own WI fi router and telephone.we don't take azeri tea and want to make our own tea in room so they managed an electric kettle for us and whenever needed cro key is a at your door. My father is old and can't walk much so location suits us very much .hotel is very close to a mtreo station and a very common route of buses.a very big market is there outside the hotel .Room given to us is on ground floor,.we are enjoying our tour in this hotel.no doubt hotel is far better than others we have stayed earlier.

Liveable rooms. They aren't very clean and do not have exhaust fans in the restrooms. The windows which open to the other side of the road (the view is apartment complexes) are up high (you gotta climb up the chair to open). The food is bleh! The menu is the same. Every. Single. Day. The staff is friendly and they speak understandable English.

A very bad experience. Stayed in this hotel for 5 days during my trip to baku, the reception is very lazy and slow to respond to anything. The free breakfast is for the name sake and has no varieties, Eggs have this wierd smell on them. And the food is not Halal, I spoke to the manager regarding this and he himself didn't know if it's halal or not so please stay away from meat if you eat halal food only. The Hotel has no elevator so if you have a room in the first or second floor it's a walk up the stairs, elderly/people with disability please be aware of this. And the hotel charges for half a day even if you are one hour late for your checkout. They don't even consider any reason and accept to extend the checkout time by an hour or two.

The hotel is far from the city center. It is located in a popular area, close to a metro station. You will find everything you need next to it. The staff are wonderful, the price is cheap, the service is average. There are many positive things and of course there are negative things as well.

While you will notices 4 stars above the door, and wondering how they got it. Then spend a few nights at this hotel. I was greeted by Elvin who was polite kindly and made check in quick and easy. The staff are friendly and always on call to help and assist. 24/7. Breakfast was a mixture of different foods. While it was the same every morning it was apart of the cost and pleasant enough to come down for in the morning. The hotel assigned taxi driver was friend, with better than limited English. Got us around the city was great care and speed. I came for the football. Depending on your pace its about 20-30 minutes walk to the Stadium making this a great hotel and location.

We had a great time we stay one week this hotel good location friendly staff good service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ mostly the security guard very helpful

Nice and clean rooms, cosy rest-area, friendly staff. Breakfast was also ok.

I had economical trip there for a short business meeting. Although it was far from city center, Metro was was near and services where good.

After three days they will change laundry and cleaning, rooms are small and beds are not comfortable...
