The room was really big however the vent for the ac was not near the beds so the room felt a little hot. Also the curtains were very thin and in the morning you get disturbed by bright sunlight.

Before you enter resort area security always ask you if you come to hotel or just for visiting restaurant and pool. So if you are not a hotel guest they will charge you 15 manats (approx 8.8$) per person, for using sun lounger, umbrella and other items related to pool zone. But this is not the end. If you don’t have your own towel, they will take deposit of 10 manats and charge you 5 manats for each towel. Change rooms are not quite clean and all lockers are broken. All sun loungers are dirty. They have a menu for food but not for all clients. I’ve tried to order some fish, but anything I’ve chosen from menu was unfortunately unavailable at that time. Servant told me the kitchen is very busy now and if I order anything I should wait more that one hour. All he could offer to me was a portion of French fires and lemonade - waiting time 18 min. I couldn’t use the pool cause it was not clean enough. They have two separate pools for kids and adults, but kids can come to adults pool and no one control it. No watchman at the pool. It is a wonderful resort at the coast of Caspian and offers wide range of food and drinks. One can also do fishing there and they also play nice live music and concerts. Especially at night this place is very alive and full with many activities . Very often people end up dancing the traditional dance and thats nice.

We choose to live in the Junior suite with a pool view on a winter day ! During winters , the hotel is empty ( not fully occupied ), very calm n quiet ! But we love the stay there and enjoyed a good breakfast and sauna days ! Clean room , clean beach and yummie breakfast! Staff is very welcoming and helpful, specially the front office manager Tehran- he was super helpful from the time checked in till the check out ! He introduced us to the BOLT cab service which was very helpful for us! Thank you for treating us better ! Go on Summer and enjoy the pools and beach here

This hotel was not as nice as we expected based on photos. The rooms were dated and dingy. The pool was just ok and often cloudy. Breakfast was a bizarre spread. A highlight was lunch at the restaurant with the friendly waitstaff.

The complex is big,many fascillities though not all inclusive.( at least we didn't have that) English is not spoken except for the receptionist. The waiters are disorganised, slack and seemed to ignore us. The room we had was according to price and clean but unpractical. Bathroom was clean except for the shower. Besides leaking and soapstains, there was mould all along the tiles. We had a lovely diner ,well prepared and that waiter really did make an effort. Hands and feet..no problem👍 The beach is average, the view is an oilrigg But the absolute pain in the...... is that there's loud music all the time all over the place. If there's no guest to be seen the beat is heavy,loud and annoying. All the staff seem to be doing is practise their DJ-skills.

Consider this a beach club with attached hotel. Want to sleep before midnight? Get a room that doesn't face the seaside. Staff is friendly and helpful if you can find them.

Clean with friendly staff. Away from the city center. Good for relaxation. If swimming or sitting at the beach or by the pool isn't your thing, consider somewhere else.
