The hotel is amazing and very brilliantly designed. However lots of restaurants are currently under construction. 5 stars for the service and location. Views are awesome overlooking the sea. The only thing I didn't like was the third party taxi service they have specially the guy with grey Hyundai. He dropped us very far from our location and charged us full 30. The hotel should avoid such people for better guest experience.

Staying here during the covid time. Everything is delivered to your room and it is great to go to the beach. BUT This hotel should not be 5 star. It feels like a 3 star at best. The breakfast is terrible, the bread is old the fruit is tasteless and my eggs overdone. I also found a used condom next to my bed. Are they not cleaning the room? This is shocking. I won’t come here again.

I stayed in fairmount baku for whole week . But i came to bilgah beach to spend a day at beach, pool and spa . The guy in the reception (forget his name) was so nice and welcoming i asked about rates and he show me room in the hotel . We went to the beach it was so far from the hotel when we got there we decide not to go to the beach . We pay about spa and swimming pool and pay 40 manat for each person (include turkish hammam , 2 steam rooms and heated beds 40 degree) . I was little bit surprised i thought that i can pay entry and use the beach and swimming poo and the aquapark . But the rates is is not the same so you have to decide what you want . The pool was so nice the weather was perfect . The spa waaaas soooo good every thing was clean . The receptionist were so nice to us and explains every thing to us . The bathrooms is clean . There is lockers if you want to put your staff and enter the spa . There is no music at the pool . The restaurant near the pool wasnt good .

I booked the Bilgah Beach hotel in Baku from 19th of May until 24th of May. When booking the hotel, the information about the hotel presented that the hotel has an outside swimming pool, waterpark and equipped beach. Due to these reasons, we booked this hotel (instead of staying in Baku city center, which is 30-40km away). We arrived to the hotel at night, and when woke up, we saw that the pools are empty (only inside pool in SPA was available), beach is closed and the waterpark is closed as well. We were promised that the facilities are "about to start working". That did not happen during out 5 days stay. We were forced to go every day 40km by taxi to get to the Baku city center, because there was absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. The food at the hotel is also simply not good. The breakfast is still alright, but the national restaurant for dinner was terrible. I honestly did not expect such low quality. The hotel staff refused to check us out and refund us - only via an official, long lasting and annoying process. I strongly not recommend going there if you want to get value for money.

The location is amazing on the beach, one of the best resort locations in Baku. Good atmosphere, amazing design, well organized, quiet and clean. However, the staff is careless. They need more training.

The Pros: Beautiful hotel, exceptional interior, great customer service, and wonderful staff. The rooms are beautiful with an amazing view of the Caspian Sea and beach. They have motorised curtains and a personal terrace attached to each room, which adds to the overall experience. The indoor swimming pool is huge with clean water. The spa is also great as well. There is a small outdoor playing area for kids as well, which stays open throughout the year. A truly 5-star hotel with all the facilities you can think of. (However, most of the most of these facilities only open up in summers) The Cons: The water park stays closed for around 8 months, which was a huge letdown for us, as I had brought my kids to enjoy the waterpark. The same goes for the beach as you can't even stroll there. One should only book this hotel during summers as it's far away from city-centre, and you somewhat feel stuck as you can't do much once the sun sets. There is a small mall near the hotel (Amburan Mall), and that's pretty much it.

Considering the size of the property it is huge. Lot of activities water park, swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, spa, tennis, football and of course the beach. Everything was good from the pick of choices. Only the resort needs to improve on the breakfast which they offer in the morning. I had ordered an omlete and till 20 minutes I didnt get on my table then left from the table which the staff didn't notice. Another main thing was the outdoor swimming pools were not temperature controlled. I am sure the hotel staff are noticing daily that people are not using the swimming pool. When asked they said please use the indoor swimming pool. The water park was also good but the kids area of swimming pool was not temperature controlled due to which my kid didn't enjoy. Rest the property is kids friendly there was kids play area near the uzuk restaurant. If anyone wants to hideout for a break then this is the place to be on Baku.

Fantastic hotel! My husband and I went away for 10 days and really enjoyed it! Only thing I wasn't happy about was the day of our arrival, we were dealt with a women Asiya who checked us in but didn't bother to help with our luggage and we had to take this ourselves to our room. We were not given a tour of our room or any information of the facilties of the hotel. We had to find out all the information ourselves. Breakfast is okay not the best for a 5 star but everything else was superb. We wish we could have used the waterpark but it wasn't open for the 10 days we were there. Great place for couples, families as it has everything!

Lovely beach resort with about 30 to 40 mins to the Baku Old Town. Clean beach. It has a water park as well but when we went it was closed and was due to open in June 2019. Has both indoor and outdoor pool but when we went the outdoor was closed. The staff were nice and friendly and seemed to care for our needs. I went with my family (daughter and wife) and my daughter (3 years old) had a great time. I highly recommend this property to stay with family. Thanks.

It might be pricey to stay overnight but the atmosphere, style, service and beach/aqua park are worth it! Really enjoyed the Saturday BBQ buffet and Karim on reception was always really helpful and professional. Love the slides at the aqua park and there are lots of life guards there who seem very vigilant. The beach is lovely, clean and soft sand with a nice little bar. Over all it definitely deserves its 5 stars!

Very very fancy and luxurious the Kosher food of Asia travel is great but with not much of a selection and variety the room that a I got at the 14th floor was astonishingly beautiful with a clear view to the sea from the bedroom (for those who are interested the room number is 1411) it also has a bit of privacy with the doors to the toilet and the shower we're semi see-through the (room includes a bath as well) there's a lot of space in the room itself and and there's a balcony with curtains that you can open with a remote control and sit outside the room on the balcony with a clear view to the entire area of the hotel including the sea.
