I
booked
the
Bilgah
Beach
hotel
in
Baku
from
19th
of
May
until
24th
of
May.
When
booking
the
hotel,
the
information
about
the
hotel
presented
that
the
hotel
has
an
outside
swimming
pool,
waterpark
and
equipped
beach.
Due
to
these
reasons,
we
booked
this
hotel
(instead
of
staying
in
Baku
city
center,
which
is
30-40km
away).
We
arrived
to
the
hotel
at
night,
and
when
woke
up,
we
saw
that
the
pools
are
empty
(only
inside
pool
in
SPA
was
available),
beach
is
closed
and
the
waterpark
is
closed
as
well.
We
were
promised
that
the
facilities
are
"about
to
start
working".
That
did
not
happen
during
out
5
days
stay.
We
were
forced
to
go
every
day
40km
by
taxi
to
get
to
the
Baku
city
center,
because
there
was
absolutely
nothing
to
do
in
the
hotel.
The
food
at
the
hotel
is
also
simply
not
good.
The
breakfast
is
still
alright,
but
the
national
restaurant
for
dinner
was
terrible.
I
honestly
did
not
expect
such
low
quality.
The
hotel
staff
refused
to
check
us
out
and
refund
us
-
only
via
an
official,
long
lasting
and
annoying
process.
I
strongly
not
recommend
going
there
if
you
want
to
get
value
for
money.
