That’s totally not exceptable. But luckily, the manager solved the situation, apologies and gave us some bonus for the next visit. Also, this is one of the few places I’ve ever been that have no restrooms. It’s a restaurant and there isn’t even a place to wash hands. Overall good but needs more work on the customer service front.
