We went there with a group of more than 20 people. That was the worst service during my Baku trip. After everybody had ordered the food they wanted half of the group received their orders but another half waited for more than one hour and 15 minutes, then the waiter came and said that "they couldn't prepare the rest of the order because there are not enough ingredients". And another half which was prepared was accidentally dropped to the floor of the kitchen. And when we asked "why u did not tell us before, and we might order something else instead of waiting more than an hour?", the response was "it is what it is, and it's your problem." We called the supervisor who was rude also and did waiter side instead of apologizing. At the end of the day, the bill came almost double more than we ordered, after complaining that they changed the bill. When they see foreigners they wanna just rob them. Like I said worst service I've seen in Baku.

The “Riviera” hotel is located near the harbor of the Caspian Sea in the centre of Baku across amajor highway. From the restaurant fantastic view of the city and the Caspian Sea. Food was tasty & good portion size.

They ask you to pay a deposit of 150 manats and you have to spend this deposit. The restaurant does not refund money if your order costs less. Brazilian Steak - they brought boiled meat that was fried on the grill and also included in the bill an extra drink that we did not order...But the interior design and furniture of restaurant was very good.

The view is charming, the interior is modern and clean. But, unfortunately, all the rest is very disappointing. First the waiter who took our order left and we waited for 30 mints until found out he didn't pass our order to anyone. Afterwards the order was brought quite fast, but again did a mistake in the order. All these wouldn't be so awful if the food wasn't so disappointing. We took Shrimps, Tuna salad and Dolma. The Shrimp had no taste at all. The salad and Dolma were somehow ok. Somehow ok food and service is not something you expect in a restaurant of such level and cost. 😞

I didn't stay here but will definitely consider it in the future. Nice location which allows one to travel downtown opposite the grain of traffic. Great restaurant and bar, top of my radar.

Amazing views and food. We had a big breakfast 🥞 and it was very tasty. A lot of vegetarian options. Not so expensive (for Germany incomes) and had a lot of sitting space, at 3 levels. You sea the whole city line and the sea. Nice big clean washrooms and some parking in the front too.

Great view, especially on the terrace. Lots of choice on the menu. Quality is great. One of my favourite restaurants in Baku.

Great restaurant with great view to the sea and european meals. This place really help me with it healthy food and chicken soup (when my stomach is tired of kebabs). Thanks a lot to all team members.

The restaurant (Riviera) is good and has a great view, but the worker who served us is not accepting as if she is (racist) to work and her style is dry even though our request was varied!

It is a great restaurant with great food and very nice view. But I don't recommend going here in crowded times. Wait times can be really long both for food itself and finding table as well. Because of crowd, most of the options on the menu may be unavailable.

Very beautiful restaurant with incrediable scene

The food was delicious. The prices was high a little. But, the service was bad. 3-4 times I asked to bring one thing. And, when I want to pay I asked 4 times to bring the card machine.

Good place with good view. We ordered glass of white wine savalan,u vulcane dessert, one pot of green tea with jasmine, apple pie. It's all costs 46AZN + 5% service. Apple pie was delicious! Take it and you will love it. There is a place to parking your car . You can go walk after dinner across the street.

The goods,,, wide menu selection, food quality, the view is extraordinary. The bad,,, most of the stuff don't speak English and they become frustrated and upset very quickly. Overall, I recommend this place very strongly.
