What a joke! Very overpriced pizzas. Extremely bad service. Filthy, anti-sanitary conditions in their locales. Also, their website doesn't work so I can't access my points (in order to claim my pizzas). They just screwed thousands of people out of their money. TL;DR: Horrible pizza joint. Eat anywhere else but papa john's.

I would give it a zero star but unfortunately 1 is the smallest possible. Absolutely terrible service! Their website doesn't work for the last 2 years. They have screwed me out of 40AZN worth of pizza (by not letting me use my accumulated points), and 40 AZN is a decent amount here in Baku. Also, if someone from papajohns can contact me because their hotlines don't work either. 0 stars! Terrible, terrible service!

Papa johns is located at the Nizami street Baku. The area is historic and the view on the top floor of papa johns cannot make your moments go dull. Ome can view the hustle bustle of the street whilst relishing freshly baked pizza 🍕. Papa John's is maintaining the same international standards and quality at Baku. The aroma of the freshly baked items lit up the entire environment. The place is a must visit at baku, especially when your kids run out of options to eat there.

Very disappointed with service quality of the place. We have ordered party size pizza for 15 persons with take away by ourselves. On the phone call they told us that pizza will be ready at exactly time. We came to take the order 10 minutes late considering that they might have delay. We came and waited for another 45 minutes on the place. Very horrible behaviour of staff.

I would like to give 4 stars but thought It is unfair. As a person who tried too many pizzas in Sydney, i can definitely say that there’s no real pizza in Baku. First of all the dough is sweet,yes it should have some sugar but not that amount. Then, pizza tastes very milky because of mozzarella cheese. If you can mix mozzarella with tasty cheese it gonna be great. We ordered chichken mushroom pizza, the mushroom sauce was too much. I could not even feel chicken. The cheesy sticks were fine. And about the Sezar salad, it was not what expected. Now, there is a deal till 21st of February they give you 5 $ per 10$spent and it was very good to hear that) good luck guys i just want you to improve yourselves.

The country is pitching in big time for tourism... but this place, I felt a bit alienated as a team of tourists. We were 7 people and asked them to connect two tables and deliver take the order... which they denied and took the order separately, and while delivering, they delivered 2 items extra, which we had to pack and take home... It's not a pleasant experience... Will never go to this restaurant.

They have the best pizzas in the world. Amazing. Service time is a bit long but it is worth waiting.

Very popular and crowded place. Small playground for kids. Pizzas are of course not comparable with good pizzas in Italy. The bread is much too soft, but the topping was not bad.

1.There was not Papa John's at the given coordinates(Address: 106 A Nizami St, Baku 1005) . I changed my way to another Papa John's. (Address: 106/b Nizami St, Baku).Time wasted while searching. 2. We(4 persons) arrived there at 22:20 and they did not permit us to eat there even though they close at 23:00. 3)I gave 3 stars because their pizzas are very delicious and I do not want to lose their labor because of some unresponsible workers

Pizzas are delicious, many discounts. However there are not enough seats for customers. When I came, 8-9 people were waiting, we ordered a take-away and left. When came back for pizza after 10 minutes, 4-5 new guys were waiting. Inside it is not so cozy. You feel like they want you toneat and leave fast
