If you want to look at the reserve, then go to Neftechala. When you exit E119 near Sarvan, you can’t get through it by car, it’s a swampy area, and it’s not even possible on foot.

You get there well. You can take a boat tour there for 30 AZN. Entrance fee 2 manats per person. It's best to come in November or December. Then you can see all kinds of animals. In midsummer the water has receded slightly and the boat trip is a little more difficult. Only one person can then be taken with you. There is also a footpath you can walk along, but it's not worth it. Service is very nice.
