Very poor customer service at the seaside restaurant. Waited for tea for one hour, while our visit was pre-agreed, and staff knew we will come. Salads not fresh. Toilets dirty, with no toilet paper. Management asks for entry fee every time, even if during the day you just need to exit the premises for a short time period (3-5 minutes) and try to enter back to join your friends inside.

We were planing to stay in the hotel for one week. however the rooms were so bad and dirty that we ended up leaving after one night of stay. don't go to this place it far away from Baku 30 Min drive. it is also very bad in terms of quality of stay.

There is no dressing room. It is totally mess and dirt aroud. The place is way to old and not cared well.

I stayed in “AF Hotel AquaPark” Baku during this EID. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Even don’t deserve 1 star. No room supplies, no pillows and bath towels. Even after 4-5 reminders still no service. TV / Phone not working. and you will be locked out as the room access card doesn’t work. You need to call housekeeping to open the doors. Waste of time traveling from city (almost for 1 hour) also waste of money as it is expensive than other hotels in City. No English understanding staff (Speaking is Far Away). Big NO to this hotel.

very bad and dirty. photoshopped pictures in resort profile. food is very bad. only good part is the nightly concerts but that still doesn’t make up for the service and state of the hotel. there are flies living in the chairs at the reception. not worth the money, not worth the time

nice pools inside, however no lockers available at all. you have to carry all belongings with you and continuously watch after

Took my kids there few times. Located right at the Caspian Sea near Novkhani village, Baku. Prices are one of the cheapest in Azerbaijan. There are a good number of slides both for kids and adults. The place is relatively old, but looks OK.

This hotel is not better than spring hotel because it just works at spring and summer but at all its good to be there just for a few days to have fun!?

Worst experience, location is good but services not up to the mark . Staff is not cooperative either. There is a lot of communication gap they can't understand English. Not recommended

One of my wrost experience in this hotel....even I can't suggest to my dog to stay there.... broken rooms, without AC,zero yes zero room service,TV not working, telephone Interservice not working,even tea cups are broken.. misbehaving staff...one star is more of this hotel....

Never stay there. Its a horror dream staying at this hotel, if they pay you to say still never stay with them. Pathetic staff, they donot deserve any rating. Recommend them to close down hotel, dont give pain to there customers pls

it was great place for relaxing. it has free pools and is suitable for kids. but food is not very good and it's relatively expensive

AF looks amazing in pictures only, their room were of low quality, some of them were not having proper water supply in the washrooms, some rooms were having clogged water supply. No washroom amenities were there. The service was even worse, not listening to the guests.or responding. Do not know English well, so it's harder to communicate with them. Breakfast options were limited with lot of cheese variety. Water area was not very clean, pools were not well maintained. Overall not recommended for large groups as they can not handle large group and their services.

Great resort and great beach!! 4 great pools and one VIP pool area. The new beach club is amazing too. Just completed remodeling work and have new rooms. Coming back next year!!

Good for weekend holidays with family and friends doing all games
