below average breakfast, rooms have an unpleasant smell

The biggest plus of that hotel is it’s location, because you can easily on foot get to the city center, all famous attractions and to the embankment. Rooms are in poor quality, a lot of crack on the walls, bathroom also has problems, while you having a shower water covers floor in all room. Rooms look old and needs repair, but for not long staying that place is ok

The location is acceptable 15 minutes walk to nizami street but there are Hotels in the nizami street much better and same price. As for staying in the hotel it was the worse experience I have ever had the air conditioning was not working properly and it was too hot I stayed in that room for two nights I asked them to fixed so many times but the couldn't and for the remaining days they gave me another room it was a down grade and same price! Also I gave the laundry white polo shirt to clean it and they ruined it, the shirts came to me light blue ! The shirt was so expensive and they just stood there and said sorry ! Also the elevator was not always working most of the time was under maintenance The Rooms and the halls are smelly Breakfast was less than average Everything in the hotel is bad and on top of that very bad manger. the manger can't manege the staff and so week!!

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. The hotel has no elevator!! No internet in rooms and poor one in lobby. The first two days of our residence we didn't have hot water, so the water was not suitable for bathing. This hotel is three-star but we paid almost the same as a four-star hotel because of the holidays of Norouz but the services was as poor as a motel. The hotel had good staff with nice behavior.

Breaks my heart to have to give this hotel 2 stars because the staff were really attentive and helpful. Considering this is the F1 weekend and most roads are blocked, we were offered taxi pick up from the airport for USD30 (on hindsight it was overpriced but definitely saved a lot of hassle coming in to the city) Upon check in, we had to pay at the hotel with credit card but their machines didn’t work. There was also a line in front of us struggling to pay with cards. (Tip: pay by Apple Pay or Samsung pay - more of an issue of the blue POS machines in Baku rather than the hotel) Cons: - upon entering the room, our dressing table was stained - toilet was not clean and has stains all over - the shower room was leaky - everytime we flush, the toilet started smelling like sewage and into the room - we stayed for 6 NIGHTS and the most shocking part is that there were no housekeeping. We had to call repeatedly for towels and toilet paper which we gave up and tried to take it on our own with the housekeeping trolley on the hallway - if you open the windows, mozzies will definitely fly in If you’re a f1 fan here for the race weekend, you may be lucky to get a view of the track from your room (turn 2-3). Will definitely not return in future unfortunately

It’s simply very clean hotel, big rooms , amazing location and most importantly each and every staff member is providing you the best customer service experience you’ll ever have. You’ll see their smiling face always, no matter early morning or late night. The only average thing is their breakfast, it’s the same everyday. At same time the breakfast itself is tasty.
