Best location. near to flame tower, old city, fountain park but it should not call four star hotel, it is like a guest house

This small hotel is 9 rooms in the third floor. There is no lift. There is no body to carry the bags. There is no lobby. The breakfast area is only 4 small tables and there are no different types of breakfast. The only advantage of this hotel is the location in the city center and close to all the services. The bed is uncomfortable. The blankets and towels are old.

VERY BAD. NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT GO THERE. Guys be careful. They turned us down besides the proper booking and confirmation email from the manager ( I have copy pasted it FYI) Lyda showed the MOST CHEAP ATTITUDE. Nice place for Peaceful time

Best location in Baku.Walking distance to almost all the attractions in the city. Nice breakfast ( sagol for Pomidor Chikhirtma), friendly staff. One star off for not having an elevator, you have to carry your luggage to the second floor of the 150 years old building.

No elevator and not suitable for elders and the service was not that good the only thing i liked about this place is the balcony right on top of hard rock in nizami street good to chill and watch the lively nizami street

The entrance is not at main street. It is on the other street and at very hidden awkward place. And you have to go to 2nd floor to reach for reception. No view out of the Room.

I'm working in Bombay Biryani house restaurant. My friends living there and they like this hotel.

BROKEN BED AND UNFRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST We booked our room for twin bed room plus extra bed. The extra bed was broken. The receptionist refused to change the bed and we ended up sleeping on the floor. Not recommended for family and more then two people, but service is very bad specially the lady receptionist was very rude and hotel breakfast was few choices and quantity. We had to constantly ask for more food from the counter.

It I'd not a hotel. It is a boutique (sort of family owned) but great service and very friendly front desk. Good enough of a breakfast spread

Hotel is located in the most central part of Baku. Room and Bathroom are clean and new. Very kind people. They helped us in many ways during our stay. If we come again, I would definitely like to stay here again. thanks for everything. Teşekkürler Can'lar.

No elevator you have to climb a 50 steps stair, no room service, cleaning is acceptable but not the best, u can hear everything happening in the next room, the one and only advantage is the place, not recommended
