    Thank God... the Trauma Center Health Center has helped a lot in terms of the health of the surrounding community. Friendly and good service, always clean. Thank you for your service to us, the residents of Simpang Tiga Village and its surroundings.... hopefully it will become a field of charity for all employees of the Trauma Center Health Center

    The Trauma Center Health Center is the best health center in Samarinda, in my opinion. Starting from registration until completion of treatment. Especially the pharmacy staff. Mrs Intan Wandilla. Very friendly and very kind. And very clearly in explaining the use of medication prescribed by the doctor... Thank you very much trauma center health center. You guys are amazing!!!

    1. Unsatisfactory service. The staff underestimated the patient's request for a referral, all saying "there isn't a doctor there", it's not you who determines the doctor at the referral hospital, the important thing is that there is a clinic at the destination hospital. 2. Using BPJS to ask for referrals is difficult for various reasons. 3. Using cash payments is also difficult. What do you want to do with this? Awry. Please follow up.     This health center service reflects the dilapidation of basic public services in Samarinda. When I went to the ER, there were no officers at all. Meanwhile, the information officer curtly told him to "wait". I think he took his cell phone then called the officer on duty. But in fact he was playing on his cellphone and pretending to type. It doesn't matter that I almost fainted with a serious cat bite wound. Mayor, please bring order to this chaotic public service. Because residents not only need good infrastructure but also satisfactory health services.

    From then until now, when it comes to queuing for registration, the winners are the winners. It's taking a long time... there's no set set... the administration files also seem to be really messy, sometimes the officers seem to have difficulty finding patient data on their own. Asking for references is also complicated, thrown here and there and the officers don't seem to understand the flow of the procedure. If so, most of the patients immediately look like they're bored. Yes, I know I'm tired, but you have to remain professional.

    Thank you Puskesmas officers, even though it is not a health facility there, I was explained patiently and understood. Sorry if my father's words were a little harsh because he didn't understand. Hopefully the officers there will always be healthy and protected.
