Crowne Plaza Borjomi is a gem nestled in the heart of Borjomi's historic Central Park! The front desk personnel were incredibly accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the spa facilities offered a perfect retreat. The hotel's overall appeal, coupled with its spacious rooms and stylish decor, made my stay unforgettable. A true oasis in an amazing location!

Amazing place, good architecture with nice lobby and large rooms. But I had unpleasant experience there. No one told me that breakfast was included, I decided to order food and they brought me the cold Roasted Vegetable Ragout. It was frozen and tasteless, couldn’t eat even I was hungry, because I missed breakfast because of them. So this unpleasant food made the mood of my day. If you order roasted vegetables from their restaurant make sure it is not old and spoiled at least 🤢 Have a nice stay there.

Amazing location, views, and service. It was the perfect place for my husband and my 3 year old to stay. The pool was great fun while it rained, easy walking distance to cafes, the Borjomi park, and had a great breakfast. The customer service was excellent. A four star hotel with the pride and service of a five star.

The rooms are very cold, and there’s nothing they can do about it. Beds are comfy, the water was very cold in my room, so i took shower in my sister’s room (the water temperature was excellent there). The service was good in the first two days, but there was a delay during the third day and when we asked for it, they came but the service was half done, bed weren’t tidy as usual, they didn’t renew water bottles, we were surprised. Breakfast was amaaazing and suuper tasty (best thing in the hotel tbh). Restaurant is a bit pricy but the food is delicious. Also you get free entrance to the national park beside the hotel, i recommend to do a quick hike to the sulfur baths. Also went for a nice walk across the bridge and the river nearby the hotel. Overall we had a nice stay.

Nice luxury hotel with excellent location; but with discriminating personnel ! PROS: - Excellent location near the Central Park of Borjomi (as a hotel guest, free access included to the park + sulphur baths –not worth going–) - We had a spacious room in the left round tower of the main building, with nice light and direct 180° view on the river - Good equipment of the spa (big swimming-pool, nice sauna-hanmam area) - Excellent food at the restaurant for dinner, good and generous breakfast buffet - Spa treatment: the geothermal stones massage is really worth the price (250 GEL / 88 € for 60 mn) and made professionally CONS: - DISCRIMINATION BASED ON THE APPEARANCE/RACE ?: we arrived on foot with our backpacks (we travelled 10 days before on our own) at the gate entrance of the hotel park: a staff member asked us “Where are you going ?”: we answered that we had 2 nights booked; when asking why this question, the staff member told us “Because you are not looking like someone who would stay here”. So this means that clients cannot have a backpack as a luggage ? and that clients cannot walk to come to the hotel ? or worse, maybe because I am Asian and that the staff is racist ? That is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for a 5 star hotel. - Excellent food, but the organisation of service was poor: we waited 20 mn for just a glass of wine, and then we had to fetch it by ourselves. Lots of staff at the restaurant and bar, but there seems to be no coordination between them. - Spa way too noisy: many children left playing and jumping in the swimming pool without parents watch ! - Sewage smell in the shower cabin
