Ms. Shlomov needs to sit and observe Dr. Kubal, to learn some bedside manners. She appeared to be annoyed by my questions. Dr Kubal is a very good and caring doctor! Answers questions very calmly and nicely! He was not available:( I will not go back to see Ms. Shlomov!!

From day one in kan untill now may I have been treated very well. Dr kuball&Dr vanderwood, are very good experienced,and caring people. All of the cust.service reps are friendly, knowledgeable,,happy,and kind. Any questions or concerns you may have are answered right away along with any prescription medication. Pls most of the techs are nice geo and Melissa are super good. This place is the best I've ever seen in my 27yts, it's a pleasure to visit.

Appointment at the Aventura office was for 0830 but my mom was not seen for almost 2 hours and he had spent 5 mins only with her. Most of his time was spent talking to and explaining things with his scribe, but not to us. His reason for the delay was that it’s a Friday and they’re down one staff. I told him the other 2 offices are much better because the wait wasn’t that long and it was with another physician.

Absolutely the best group! Very up to date with their expertise and equipment! I have tried the best however, they WIN!

I was very disappointed with my last visit to this practice. I had an eye infection and was given a prescription of eyedrops that did not help. I was hoping a doctor would order a different medication. I called twice a day for two days and have not yet gotten a call back. I don't know if this was deliberate- as I had had some consultations at Bascom Palmer Hospital for a different eye problem- or if this was just a simple example of a failure to respond to a patient's call. I started with this practice over 9 years ago and found the original two doctors- Dr. Vedula and Dr. Kubal- most capable and responsive. Perhaps the practice, that has grown into 5 locations, is just not able to service its many patients properly. Whatever the reason, I will go to another eye practice in the future.

My only complaint is the time spent waiting between different testing stations and overall it took about 2 1/2 hours . At least they should give the patients, heads up about the time it is going to take . The staff and the physician were all excellent.

Dr. Kubal and his staff are absolutely amazing people. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was analyzed to be a perfect candidate for LASIK, I had my surgery about 3 days ago. This LASIK operation done by Dr. Kubal changed my quality of life! I had a -8 eye prescription and the fact that I can see perfectly just 8 hours after the operation is amazing! Dr.Kubal is a true professional, I recommend Your eye specialist for all your eye needs!

Dr. Aarup Kubal is an amazing ophthalmologist and I am more than pleased with the results of my cataract surgery. I have been wearing eyeglasses and contact lenses since I was six years old and couldn’t see the top line of the eye chart without corrective lenses. The results after cataract surgery were amazing and I am actually reading the 20-15 line of the chart!!! In addition, I always look forward to my follow up visits with their optometrist Rachel Shlomov as she really cares about her patients.

Very professional and concerned for their patients. New remedies are tried with further options when there isn’t the success met! My extremely dry eyes are cured when others could not succeed. They are a proactive group and now I will be reaching my ultimate goal to decrease my eye pressure and cataract surgery to improve my vision! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a place that overcharges and takes advantage of its patients. It’s an excellent business model and a terrible place to be a patient. They horribly overcharge, lie about taking insurance and try to add unnecessary and obscure tests to increase the bill. And when I called the next day because of a complication and even emailed a photo of my swollen eye they never called me back. Horrible experience and I will NEVER go back.

The staff is friendly and willing to help with any question. Only one staff member was very unfriendly and short. Couldn't even say hello. I asked her about a certain over the counter eye drop she was very sarcastic and seemed bothered by my question. Everyone else was awesome!

Staff are nice and everything is organized. I do think each doctor needs more than one person to do manage one doctor because it is hard to reach that person. I have been with Dr. Kay more than 5 years and I love him. He understood my condition right away unlike other specialists. Amazing person and doctor. Grateful to have him on my medical team.

They lied to me by telling me this is within the network and they didn’t even tell me the cost upfront until I got my eyes examined then they charged me more $500 all coming out of my pocket. I filed a complaint against them.

As soon as I entered the office for my first appointment I knew something was different. There were so many clients. The staffers, everyone was professional. As soon as I got home l told my son and other family members. But when I saw Dr. Kubal, I trusted him right away. His explanation to my issues made sense and I don’t regret my visits or my choice. Thanks to the team.

1- When I first called to book an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was not nice at all on the phone. He was speaking with me with big attitude, it was disgusting! 2- I have a great vision, dental and medical insurance even though, they made me pay all the cost out of my pocket though it is within the network. I had to pay $ 260.00 for one visit. And they don’t even give an itemized bill, they gave me no medical or bill paperwork at all! 3- they made me wait more than 2 hours until the doctor saw me!

First of all I want to acknowledge the office manager who let me come in even though they were fully booked for the entire week. The doctor was amazing. She promptly diagnosed my problem and also took the time to answer all my questions about my upcoming surgery even though that had nothing to do with why I came. I highly recommend this eye care practice

I’ve seen Aarup Kubal twice and think he is good ophthalmologist. The issue is the wait time in his office. The first time, it was one hour before the process got started with his techs. The second time, it was 1.5 hours. When I mentioned this to Dr. Kubal, he said he had been out the week before and they had packed his schedule. An explanation, but still, an excuse for the disrespecting his patient’s time.

My experience with the Eye Specialist staff was more than amazing. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I would definitely refer my family and friends!

Dr. Vedula has done a lasik procedure on me about three and a half month ago. The healing process truly starts to show after about three month from personal experience. His follow up was on time and he was always professionally attentive to my concerns. I’ve received several eye drops to try out. I’m a full time athlete and a tennis coach, working long hours under the sun outside. About two and a half month in I flew to Turkey, not having much issues except eyes drying faster on the plane. As long as you’re a candidate with no history of the problematic dry eye issues, it might be worth the shot. Nothing feels better for me than having less things to worry about such as glasses and contact lenses.

People are well trained and answer questions well. Procedures are high tech and sometimes there are delays with adjusting the measurements. Most of time I was with assistant because doctor was with other patients. We got very good results from surgical procedures. Optometrics are referred for style and glasses size etc. though. Neighborhood is getting heavy traffic and awhile to park.
