I don't give this store 0 because i can't. After I place my order I was told that it will take 10 to 15 minutes. After some fail tries every 20 minutes they only stays not yet you need to wait. It tooks me an hour finally to pick up my pizza. Conditions at the place are really bad. I called costumer service during my staying and I will try to contact Health departament and the county in order to summit a formal claim. There is no way that a place can operate like this. Also many people at the place upset because order issues. Contact support says somebody will contact to me with in 3 days. I hope some inspector sudenly go to that place and close it down becuse they are with a lot of violations at that place, the workers really bad team on 7/2/2020 evening shift. I will do all possible in order they fix the situation. Eating my pizza I did a half pepperoni half Bacon and onion and I was saying to myself it tastes weird. Low and behold As I pulled the cheese off to see so many pieces of raw bacon. I called the store and to my avail the manager didn’t come To the phone I had to ask for her I can hear her in the back ground as she is coming to the phone who want me who want me. She comes on the phone and say YEAH poor customer service. I’m telling her about the raw bacon and she begins to tell me it’s nothing they can do because the pizza is cooked at a certain degree. Young lady the back was under cheese and now I have the taste of raw bacon in my mouth. I was talking to my husband in the back using profanity asking him what was funny about eat raw bacon an sister girl had the unmitigated gall to say who’s laughing and why are you cursing. She ended up giving a $10 credit but will still reach out to corporate For the unprofessionalism of the manager(MEME). This was the first time in a long time going there and the last time. The attached pics are of the RAW bacon.

The pizza and stuff was great but… I found a roach part in my pizza and I ended up throwing up. It was underneath a mushroom and I didn’t see it till I heard a crunch in my mouth and looked at the slice in my hand.

When it comes to pizza 🍕 😋 in Florida. Pizza hut is still number #1 in the food chain ⛓️ of pizza. In my eyes I don't see any competition in taste besides restaurant style pizza. Prices are a little bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Big dinner box is always the best way to good more food for your buck....pizza pizza enjoy 😋

The phone service Pizza Hut uses got my order wrong even though they repeated my order to me. Once I got my to my car and checked the pizza it was cheese instead of meat lovers. The cashier was nice enough to change it for me even though they charged me 3 dollars more. I also ordered 16 boneless wings and didn't check them till I got home but instead I got 7 bone in wings. The food was ok but still, check your order before you leave. This happened on Friday, 04/21/2023

I really want to leave NO star. When I say the staff was very rude! I thought I was going to have to put my hands on someone. The “Manager Aida” if that’s her name was really disrespectful and she could not give me an answer as a manger should know how to explain why order was cancelled. THE WORSE LOCATION EVER! Take you business elsewhere not worth poor service and long wait times!

The workers are very kind and courteous I forgot they were doing delivery only and I was passing by and went in and the lady was kind enough to help me even though the place was empty she still sold me my pizza.

Best Pizzahut I've had in a long time! Was ready at specified pickup time and made correctly!

This is the most disgusting Pizza Hut known to mankind! The employees and their incompetent management are horrible. The Pizza Hut app is even worse. I placed my order and after waiting 2 hours they told me my order was canceled, although, the app shows that it is still in process. Please note that they also have roach legs in the the pizza crust. This place and the app needs to be shut down!
