THE
STAFF
AT
THIS
PLACE
IF
YOU
DON’T
TO
WORK
AND
DO
YOUR
JOB
THEN
JUST
QUIT
AND
NOT
BE
RUDE
TO
THE
CUSTOMERS
!!!
I
had
a
very
bad
experience
at
this
location
I
frequently
dine
at
this
place
with
no
issues
before
only
except
they
need
to
keep
up
with
the
the
dining
area
is
usually
unclean
the
tables
are
very
dirty…I
waited
on
my
order
for
about
15
minutes
a
young
lady
at
the
counter
wasn’t
pleasant
she
had
a
nasty
attitude
never
engaged
or
asked
of
my
order.
Finally
when
my
order
was
done
it
was
left
at
the
counter
unattended
no
one
meaning
her
not
the
manager
“Shana”
did
not
bother
to
call
out
the
name
from
the
receipt.
When
I
approached
the
counter
and
asked
if
the
order
was
ready
the
unprofessional
young
lady
answered
with
an
attitude
stated
that
she
wasn’t
able
to
pronounce
the
name
on
the
receipt
which
is
unexceptionable,
she
didn’t
apologize
but
had
a
bad
attitude
about
it.
I
asked
for
the
manager
and
explained
my
situation
to
Shana
which
she
apologized
on
the
employee
behalf
which
wasn’t
good
enough
for
me
basically
was
trying
to
ignore
my
issue
with
her
employee.
My
complaint
is
Panera
Bread
needs
to
train
their
employees
including
their
MANAGERS
to
have
customer
SERVICE
to
their
customers
PERIOD!!!
I
will
be
reaching
out
to
corporate
and
express
my
concerns…I
WILL
NO
LONGER
BE
A
PATRONAGE
TO
THAT
PANERA
BREAD
ON
BISCAYNE
AVENTURA
.
