When I recently came here the cashier was very unwelcoming towards me. I ordered a you pick 2 meal. The cashier did not give me a receipt and was eager to take the next customer's order. The table buzzer started to ring , then I walked to the pick up area and asked if my meal was ready. The meal was not ready and I had to wait more than 15 minutes to receive my order. Then one of the workers told me that they ran out of the smoked chicken for my sandwich. She asked me if I would like an alternative chicken. I simply replied yes but I was appalled. When my meal was finally ready it was rushed and served improperly. I ordered a cup of soup in my meal. When you order a cup of soup and a half sandwich you are supposed to receive a bag of chips NOT bread. I definitely know because I have ordered the you pick 2 meal several times. They gave me a cup of soup , a piece of bread and 1/4 of a sandwich which is not even half. When I went to other locations like the one in North Miami I never had any of these problems.

The worst Panera in the city, cashier (young girl with disgusting attitude) don’t like to work with customer, bad manner’s, I ask for coffee I have to wait 15 minutes until she was done talking with her friends to refill the coffee, the cook came to my table asking to fight in front of my family because it was late and they didn’t want to work (african American man), unfortunately Today we went back and the same lady was there. Because of her and her disgusting attitude and unwelcoming look we ended up leaving to not ruin our evening. Corporate should consider training these individuals or replacing both of them so customer’s image of the entire brand isn’t polluted. I’ve loved Panera for over 15 years and never have a had such a terrible experience as the one I encountered at this location.

I went here for gluten free foods. The menu is on a tablet and some things can be customized for food allergies. I ordered the french onion soup. I ordered the fruit of instead of bread, the Greek yogurt parfait and an iced tea. Panera has the charged tea which I wish was sugar free n straight caffeine. Then offer stevia packs. But I still works for energy

I am a member with Panera Bread. After placing my order, I requested a cup for water, only to be informed that there is a charge of $3 for the cup. I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service provided in this instance.good food but bad service.

The associate at the door was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I arrived just before 10pm. The doors wetr still fully open. When I asked about making a purchase, she vehemently refused to allow me to order. It wasn't the fact that they were closing that upset me. It was her attitude, as though it gave her pleasure to deny me service. I felt strongly enough about it to leave this review.

Good place with good food. Customer service is extremely polite beginning from front-desk ending by bass boys. Tables sometimes stay dirty. My chicken Alfredo pasta in real had less chicken than in shown on a picture. They fixed it for me with no problem.

This Panera offers really fast service, a large, clean dining area with large windows angled to face Biscayne Blvd. There is also outdoor seating that feels like you're on the beach due to the palm trees all around the plaza. Overall, this location delivers what you want from a Panera.

Love the food and the service. Been eating here for a very long time. But now the place is dirty. Better order to go from now on. Had to wipe the table and the seats so we could sit down. Both bathrooms are dirty and no paper towels.

Very disappointed!! I arrive to this location 10 minutes before 6 AM because they normally open at 6 AM ..and that is the same time that it shows online. Waited until about 6:05 for someone to come to the door ..an employee just to let me and another customer know that they do not open until seven. While we were at the door, two other employees walked up. Basically they were not prepared and running behind and left customers outside waiting and lied about the time the restaurant opens. I was scheduled to pick up breakfast for my daughter’s cheer team before they head to competition and another customer was there to get breakfast for his team. I will never visit this location again I will make sure to tell my friends and family members to be careful because again the hours of operation are a lie!! How unprofessional and inconvenient

Panera Bread is a haven for food enthusiasts. The menu boasts a diverse selection of freshly baked bread, flavorful soups, crisp salads, and delectable sandwiches. The friendly staff and quick service add to the overall appeal of this popular eatery. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the place. Their tables were a bit dirty.

My favorite 🤩 Been coming here for years, have yet to experience some bad or unpleasant service. Staff is great.

I tried the sourdough bread bowl with soup at three different locations. And though the broccoli soup is the same, the quality and appearance of the bread bowl differs. This location on Biscayne in Aventura was very good. The soup filled the bowl. The bread bowl was served fresh. The Asian chicken salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. A bit pricey for just a chicken and bread with some sauce The cashier and manager were pleasant. The inside was clean. Though there were no napkins in any of the dispensers. Recommended location.

Extremely good and fresh food. Overall, restaurant cleanliness was good. Always a great place to stay and unwind. Very inviting.

Great experience at this location! Food is always amazing and staff always makes sure we have everything. Want to give a shout-out to Dustin for being helpful and going above and beyond. It can be very busy at times but Dustin will make sure everything goes smoothly.

While I was waiting for my order I noticed the beverage are was a poll of water, some Uber delivery said that the ice machine was broken. My order came to notice that only my frozen caramel came and I ask for my ice coffee…. Apparently the cashier didn’t give me a cup with ice to prepare (I supposed to be drinking my coffee for a while but someone didn’t do his job). The lady who gave me my drink was nice to come back to the cashier and gave me a cup of ice. I don’t know what happens with this location it was dirty the floor with all that water, some customers make eye contact with me and comment that is the night staff, I have not visited this location for a while and usually I come early morning but this was the first time that I experienced such a distracted employee ( just to let you know I was the only person that he help there was not line at the cashier) you should have a better team player knowing his co-worker where busy he could have gave me a cup with ice.

The team manager Dustin is the most rude person, I am not even sure how he can be a manager! I was waiting for my food he unpolitely asked me to move, he never answered my questions anymore! The food is good but this person should really learn to treat customers with a little respect

Do not place a catering order with this Panera bread I’ve always place with other Panera breads and they have their own catering person. This one uses DoorDash I placed an order for 6:45 AM for a large party I never received the order I called the catering line and it’s now 733. The party people are here and we have no food so don’t do it. Do not do it. I used to be Panera’s number one catering fan never again. They said they can’t find DoorDash nowhere when I ordered that he said we’re gonna send it through DoorDash because I would not placed the order

They are lacking of products that need to be available in certain days. Look like the change all the staff. The Bagel's Tuesday is always missing bagels in the morning already. They never have fresh products and always missing stock. The managers are very rude when you complain about the situation. Only the attendants worth it to go to the store they trying their best to fix the problem. But honestly i have to drive 4 miles away to Hallandale Beach to have a good service store. And the closest one is 0.2 mi away from my house. It's just overwhelmed!!

Really rude lady was serving me today. I order two different soups and she was telling me that I ordered two the same ones. And then when she gave me the right soup, she gave me less then it was supposed to be, and threw the bowl with my order at me .

For lunch hour it was wonderful.. no lines, quick service, polite, and plenty of tables and booths. Food was ready before I found a table. Also it's a Friday too. Aventura location on 182nd and Biscayne Blvd

This location disappoints me every single time.Today (10/19/2022) I placed an order for delivery which contained 3, pick-two combos. When delivered, a bowl of soup was missing from one of the combos and one of the sandwiches had rotten avocado, a leaf from outside along with the other toppings I had selected. Other than today, my past orders were also constantly incorrect, they would claim to have an item available online but in store, it’s a different story.

Had a bad customer experience with Miguel and a few other staff members. They would constantly ask to check our pick up orders in the new wearing that we were stealing beverages or something along those lines. It was super unprofessional. We always had our order numbers and provided by after once twice three times a just got to the point where I had to make a manager understand that this is unacceptable. They apologize, but the rest of the staff continues to be terrible. Other than that. It’s a Panera

I gave two stars because the counter service was deplorable. I stood by the counter at least six minutes waiting for service then a line formed behind me. The counter lady finally looked at the line as if to say next. (how rude). The coffee was good the bagel was tiny. Walked way..

I was unable, after several attempts, to place an order online. When I went into the store the next day I told Maya about my disappointment. She immediately got the manager and they gave me the order at the special price. They went out of their way to be accommodating. Thanks to both of you.

I wish I good give this place ZERO STARS…TO THE STAFF AT THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T TO WORK AND DO YOUR JOB THEN JUST QUIT AND NOT BE RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS !!! I had a very bad experience at this location I frequently dine at this place with no issues before only except they need to keep up with the the dining area is usually unclean the tables are very dirty…I waited on my order for about 15 minutes a young lady at the counter wasn’t pleasant she had a nasty attitude never engaged or asked of my order. Finally when my order was done it was left at the counter unattended no one meaning her not the manager “Shana” did not bother to call out the name from the receipt. When I approached the counter and asked if the order was ready the unprofessional young lady answered with an attitude stated that she wasn’t able to pronounce the name on the receipt which is unexceptionable, she didn’t apologize but had a bad attitude about it. I asked for the manager and explained my situation to Shana which she apologized on the employee behalf which wasn’t good enough for me basically was trying to ignore my issue with her employee. My complaint is Panera Bread needs to train their employees including their MANAGERS to have customer SERVICE to their customers PERIOD!!! I will be reaching out to corporate and express my concerns…I WILL NO LONGER BE A PATRONAGE TO THAT PANERA BREAD ON BISCAYNE AVENTURA .

Panera Bread is so good.. I love their tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. Comfort food to the max! I come here when I just want a comforting meal.

My flatbread was not that good, the toppings did not cover the whole thing, was only on the middle

Easy to locate, clean, friendly staff. Delicious bagels and psstries. I needed a bakers dozen bagels for work, that amount was not available at another Panera, so I called this one, it was available. The server set them aside for me since I had to drive a distance there. I'm extremely grateful for their service. Their walnut spread is absolutely delicious. Also their cranberry muffin and their blueberry muffin.
