🫤 A luxury spa this is not. The bathroom at massage area was much worse than my doctor's office, the steam room had mold all around the fan behind the screen; there seemed to be mold growing above the jacuzzi as well. The treatment waiting room is cold and the rooms themselves have no windows, feel... People often mention massage, room, nice, experience, pool, area, jacuzzi, beach, great, clean,

A luxury spa this is not. The bathroom at massage area was much worse than my doctor's office, the steam room had mold all around the fan behind the screen; there seemed to be mold growing above the jacuzzi as well. The treatment waiting room is cold and the rooms themselves have no windows, feel a bit like a janitor's closet. Everything is dated, tons of knicks everywhere, cheap amenities. To me, a luxurious award-winning (really???) hotel spa should be luxurious - brand name soaps, tea, snacks, cold wash cloths, nice seats, soothing environment. This felt more like a gym locker room from about 15 years ago. The treatments were mediocre, but totally fine. The staff was very nice, but just didn't make up for the overall underwhelming (and in some cases grossed out) experience.

Wonderful, luxurious spa. Great treatment- I did the orange ginger body treatment which was part body scrub, part crazy shower light show, part light lotion massage and part scalp massage. Free valet parking. Complimentary access to adults only pool with awesome beach views and a stone jacuzzi. The thermal suites were lovely too! Multiple colored and aromatherapy showers, hot tub, lounge area, multiple saunas of various temperatures. Foot tub. Coffee and tea station. Offered champagne! Thank you!

Not a luxury spa. While the staff were all great and attentive, the spa itself doesn't feel like spa and needs MAJOR updates. The minute we entered, someone was coming at us with a barrel of trash, we heard loud chatter, and there was a lot going on with people having to go to a staff member to get slippers and robes. I've been to many luxury spas and regular spas and this experience was far from luxurious. I felt anxious from the start. The hydrotherapy circuit isn't worth the price. It's essentially a tiny pool and then different temperature showers, steam rooms, and saunas. I found it odd that we had to go to a staff member for snacks and beverages when those amenities are usually left out in the waiting/relaxation area for customers to grab at their leisure. Also, there were wayyyy too many people inside for the small size - this contributed to a hectic atmosphere. We enjoyed our massages but don't think the price tag (upwards of $600 for 2 massages) reflects what you get.

Keep your eye on your valuables! After having a massage with Lora, my mother's diamond necklace disappeared from the jewelry tray. We realized the she left the necklace in the massage room after we left, but after calling the spa, they told me it was never found. 5 star spa not so much.

Compared to luxury spas. The spa is clean and nice but way over priced. My review is regarding Value….if you choose to Value then let’s dissect the issue. They change rules every couple months. For example you can not use the “adults only” pool upstairs, as this is “Off”limits to anyone outside the hotel. Which is crazy considering we are coming into pay $750 for a couple hours of relaxation. So I guess their idea is to relax and go downstairs and pay $30 -$45 a drink poolside next to a group of screaming kids. Soooo relaxing…They said it’s for guest and residents. How does this make sense? We are basically paying the same thing. and instead after a relaxing message you get to spend time next to a lot of screaming children. Exactly how does this make sense? They should probably consider the fact local residents are people who enjoy a staycation and if you have a bad experience at the spa why would you stay in the hotel. I recommend a couple places that you can get a great message still be treated like your good enough. Edition, fountainbleau, and my review is not to hurt them but to help them. You should get what you pay for and I spent $1200 that day with me and two other guest and we got the same thing (less the spa treatment) that I could find at any place on the beach. Nothing special is happening. Even the Ritz has full amenities access.

Amazing spa! So many experiences to choose from: saunas, steam room, igloo, jacuzzi, cold sprays with sound effects areas, lounge areas, and the massage was great too... The pool area outside is so relaxing, and food/drinks by pool area were delicious. Great attention to detail! Love going every year!

Horrible experience, keep an Eye on your belongings. My locker was broken into by staff members. This use to be a 5 star it’s now 0!! Travel light and leave your valuables in your room or car might be safer there than the lockers they provide with the staff that’s plotting how to steal from you while you relax.

The two stars is for the hardware and infrastructure of the resort. The massage and services is where they fail. I paid over 200 US$ for a lady to caress me with oil despite telling her three times to add more pressure. The masseuses are not well trained and seems to be lacking real licensed massage therapy skills. The beach set up is nice. There are two pools you can use and the hydrotherapy is decent, but the spa services are deeply lacking. Also, in other hotel spas, they have a little timer that they start at the beginning of your treatment and then the alarm goes off exactly at 60 minutes, however, here at Carillon the clothing changing time seems to be count included in the 60 minutes. Feels like they ripped you off. I do not recommend.

Great spa with excellent customer service! Love all the amenities that they offer. Rosie was my massage therapist and gave me the perfect massage. The facility is huge and kept clean by attentive spa attendants such as Francina. I definitely recommend.

The spa is so packed, it feels like a mall. There was nowhere to sit, no where to go. The sauna was packed, the steam room was full, the jacuzzi was broken, the benches and relaxation area was full, there was no snacks, just water. The place was so loud and hectic- complete chaos. The igloo was room temperature and the locker room was like a high school locker. The showers were all full. The pool food was terrible and it was so expensive. The towels were so thin and so cheap, they hurt the skin to use. Nothing is high quality. The best part was the massage with Rosie. That was magical, she is incredible. Otherwise, a total mess.

I do love this spa because I love the amenities and all the different rooms they offer ...but my only complaint is that the noise level can be so loud and chatty sometimes when there's larger groups of women together and it's hard to be at peace when you can hear the in jacuzzi from the sauna...it's like a bit much . It's hard to relax. I mean that's not the spas fault or the staffs responsibility I just wish people would be a little more considerate of the people around them. Also I do wish the water in the igloo was colder... I feel like they're holding back and it can definitely be cooler. Just a thought. Besides that the customer service is bar none the best and the views are amazing. Also 5 stars in cleanliness!

Came here for the day on a ResortPass and was very underwhelmed by the facilities. Multiple things weren't working, the beds for relaxing were all always taken and that room was very cold. Space needs a refresh for sure. I did have a great facial and my aesthetician was wonderful. Come here for the services but not worth it to stay for the day.

Nice spa but horrible massage. The room was cold and not inviting. The therapist did not accommodate me in any sense. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. The spa on the other hand has many things to enjoy such as the shower, sauna, stem room. Pool area and beach were also very nice. Really wish I had a nice massage since it was my birthday.

Personally LOVEEEE this spa! So many things to enjoy within the spa and it’s really clean. The pool and pool bar is really nice and the food tastes great. The beach set up is nice and it’s very private. The locker area and showers are also really clean. Highly recommend this. I’ve brought my mom and my best friends and they’ve all loved it.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms with condo set-up. We really enjoyed having a kitchen in our suite. The complimentary wine was a nice touch! The beach was easily accessible and clean. It was a little small and they charged for rentals. Service was also slow on the beach but everyone was so kind and helpful. We loved the spa services and exercise classes! W would definitely return!

Came here with my wife and had an issue with my massage and asked to speak to the spa director who refused and sent out a much younger lady. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve seen this lady act rude to guest like she’s above everyone and doesn’t need to speak to guest.

Listen up! This was my first spa day experience and I can’t stop telling my friends about this place. I did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. My massage therapist Margarita was sent from god. Samuel and Miguel, the two attendants in the men locker room helped to make my experience exceptional. Definitely recommend

What an amazing spa experience! The hydrotherapy suite has a lot to choose from; jacuzzi, sauna, foot spa, steam room, and more. The shower was amazing and the shower gel smells so good, I wish they sold it! I also had a Himalayan salt stone massage with Mukesh, who is excellent! Very relaxing experience!

Service it’s not up to par with their pricing this is not a luxury spa . Staff needs to be better trained . Massages are average at best . Don’t bring any jewelry to this place .

Loved the herbal sauna, steam room, and laying on their ZENERGY mat. Beautiful and clean.
