I order classic zinger burger in Zomato and I am regular customer for them today I order but they send me the nor burger and the packing wast not good I am very disappointed

Imagine paying 177 for one of their signature burgers and getting one bun, patty with some sauce. That's it. That's the signature Veg Zinger burger. Initially it was served cold, with stale looking lettuce b/w bun and patties but I asked them to do me the favor by removing that so-called green leefy stale lettuce. My frustration wouldn't be justified if it was their 50-60rs burger but i paid a price which i think is decent enough to expect a good quality burger. We as customers have become so uninformed & habitual of accepting sub-standard foods that these franchises are looting and giving 0 value for the buck. Lastly - if you just want to eat and sit at an ac place without bothering the quality then proceed but if you are the one who expects some freshness and worth of one's paid price, then these (kfc, McD etc) are not the places anymore Burgerman is far far better.

The place was very crowded when i went, it is maybe due to 9 stripes for 199rs offer they provided. The food was delicious.

The place is tidy. The toilets could be much tidier. Self service touchscreen option excellent.

Ambience is good but service is very bad, simply they tell order bill is not generated and we waited for almost 1 hour and they won't even respond properly to customer. Being in IT corrider location and service must improve a lot and current situation is bad. Thanks.

I've visited the place twice, it was not that much crowded both the times and the order was delivered within 8 minutes. There was no mismatch in the taste as well. It was a good experience overall.
