Very bad service.... worst behaviour from staff..they don't respect patients...very rude pls avoid this place.. reports also not correct

Pathetic staff and the doctors as well. For a place like diagnostic center or a hospital it's essential to have a good number of people working or cooperating with patients as well as the family members. Also very unhygienic place, no maintenance even after taking hefty amount from patients. I would have given zero star if possible.

This was my worst experience of medical service. I listed my wife's name for USG( 9th month pregnancy) at 8.30am and they asked me to come at 2.30pm. When I came with my wife for test they asked me to sit for a while and after 45 minutes I asked the receptionist, she said that you need to wait more. It can 4-5 hours. I said then what is the use of listing patients name in the morning. She lied that many people have listed their name 2 days before in a harsh way. Still I am waiting for my wife's turn, and don't know how much more time it will take. Instead of listing the name she should have asked me to come with the patient as early as possible. This is not the way a private sector works. Worst management of service ever received.

It’s a trustable Diagnostic centre. Even though the rates are little on the higher side but their services are really good. USGs are the mostly overcrowded diagnosis done here. They also provide Home collection services.

Just listen the attached video ,there are patients in the place who are sick and they are working upstairs with this loud noise. No common sense.

Visited for Digital x ray on right leg with reference to accident happened but the report given by radiologist are wrong as per ortho specialist doctor.

Diagnostic centre with several branches offering most basic medical tests and investigations like USG, EEG etc. However, most reputed doctors at Kolkata's Multispeciality Hospitals insist on critical tests from better equipped laboratories and diagnostic centres.
