Good prices, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious meals, flexible management and very professional divemaster. Recommended especially for people who are interested in diving. Ask the management for their dive packages (fb). What more can you ask for?

Really the only budget option in Anilao. They partner with ASDC right next door for diving and I had a great experience at both. The dorm room upstairs is a bit loud as there's a lot of street noise at night from passing vehicles and no real "roof". That said, there's a usable kitchen, and Roger, the manager, was awesome and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Paid 1,000 ph for concrete air con room

The place is in good location, it has no beachfront but a walking distance from the beach and it is also near stores and bakery for almost anything you need.

This is a backpackers inn located on the strip where most resorts and inns at anilao are located at - Mabini circumferential road. This inn is pretty basic offering budget accommodation. It's decent and all things considered, not bad at all. There's a Halo Halo store in front. There's parking available as well. Prices are relatively cheap

Airy and open, close to snorkeling (300m walk behind montecarlo resort) spots from the shore. Next to noisy road. Very helpful manager (Roger).

This has changed owners for the worse. Overcharging for simple room with bathroom smelling like vomit, ants, dirty. Owner should be ashamed of this scam.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible sawali bamboo house by Hayahay Team Cruz Anilao Guesthouse, and I must say, it was the perfect weekend getaway for my family! The house itself was absolutely charming - cozy, comfortable, and beautifully crafted from natural materials like bamboo and sawali. I do want to note that there is an additional parking fee of 200 Pesos per car that guests should be aware of. While the fee itself was not a major issue for us, I do think it's important for potential guests to be aware of this added expense when considering this place. Overall, I highly recommend Hayahay to anyone looking for a cozy and unique staycation in a beautiful natural setting. Whether you're a diver or simply looking to unwind and relax, this sawali bamboo house is an absolute gem.
