    Rude and unhelpful reception staff. Unacceptably long delays to have your phone call answered. A general "couldn't care less. Only after your money" atmosphere. I've been a patient here for about 5 years, I only have myself to blame for that though. I'm changing clinic now, 5 years too late. If you're looking for a decent clinic, look elsewhere.

    Disgraceful experience. I genuinely cannot wait until the pandemic is over so I can find another doctor. I trust this place with my well-being, the worst of all is the reception staff. All about money . If you care about your health then go elsewhere

    You need to fire your reception staff they are the most incompetent and rude staff I have ever encountered. I have been a patient at this practice for over 14 years and the previous staff you had were very polite, helpful and easy to deal with. The new staff you have are the worst!

    After initial mix up over appointment time I got to see the doctor promptly. Was given a full examination and referral to hospital 🏥

    Been a patient here for the last few years, with my daughter and since covid it is near impossible to get appointments. And when you book in advance they are cancelled via text, and you’re told To reschedule at a later date (which will be unavailable). They seem incredibly short staffed and bar one new receptionist they are most unhelpful.

    The worst clinic I have ever seen, the receptionist are all rude, when calling to book appointment have to wait 30 to 54 minutes, even though they are free doing nothing but can’t answer your call. The GP is changing so quick due to bad clinical condition. Recently there is new Gp available DR, Toby, it’s difficult to understand her English on the other hand she is rude and not ready to listen, she is making her own rules. Hopefully this pandemic over to change our clinic.

    Everytime without fail I’ve rang up to make an appointment with the gp I’ve been told to go the ddoc I can never get an appointment with my gp they never do anything to even try accommodate you in the slightest. You're waiting atleast an hour for the phone to even be answered and the clinic isn’t that busy for the phone not to even be answered. They don’t care about their patients I really don’t know how this clinic is still allowed to be opened nothing but bad experiences with it.

    Good couple of experiences for me! Phones can sometimes be busy, but reception staff is nice and doctors are competent.

    It is appalling how this clinic focuses on money over patients health and well being. Had to pay 47euro at the request of the doctor for a phone consult which was not required at all only for them to tick a box because "they assume medical responsibility" - yet most GP's are doing face to face. I would definitely not recommend this clinic and actively seeking out another GP

    What an unpleasant experience from this clinic, 98% of the reception staff are rude and unwillingly to help. You’ll need a great patience to make a phone call to be answered. Be ready to pay for your blood test for 52€ and wishing that somebody will inform you about the result after 5 days of waiting even if the result is already available. They are NOT a patient oriented, they are money making establishments. Beware of this clinic or else your BP will go up as well as your stress level.

    This is the worst clinic ever. Every time when calling to book for an appointment, you have to wait for minimum of 40 minutes and still nobody will answer your calls. All the receptionists are really rude. For every appointment you have wait for at least 2 weeks.

    I have not been sick and needed to see the doctor in two years. Rang today to make an appointment and they said they no longer have my details and they can't book me in. What kind of a world do we live in. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

    You need to do something with the reception, they stop answering the phone 30 minutes before the closing time and you have to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Impossible to get an appointment face to face with a doctor, they try their best to make u pay as much as possible. Is all about money. How can u check a chest by phone????

    The worst receptionist imaginable! So ignorant and rude!!! I've never seen anything like it! Its absolutely disgraceful the way she treats people! I was actually in tears after the phonecall!

    Absolutely disgraceful behaviour in the past year or so. My son has breathing problems since a long while, no covid related, and it is absolutely impossible to get a visit on the clinic. They have the courage to ask 63 euro for a 5 min phone call and no appointment. Stay away if you can, the service is not the same as years ago.

    If I could mark a negative score, I would. This is the most incompetent and unprofessional clinic I have ever dealt with. One of the examples is as follows: my elderly mother had pains in her legs a couple of days following the Covid vaccination. When she visited the clinic, the doctor told her that it was part of old age. She felt something was not right, and returned to the clinic to see a different doctor. This doctor referred her to Connolly hospital. She had a blood clot. Im not surprised that this clinic has 85 one star reviews. If I was the owner or manager of this clinic, I would hang my head in shame. We are not a third world country, but with a medical institution like the Meridian Clinic, I sometimes wonder.     I wish i could give this service less than one star. Always have to wait for altleast week or more to book an appointment with GP its a joke if you could please do stay away and get GP where you can be seen on time when needed.

    Glad I left as patient seeing these reviews. I moved awhile ago and got a new go but inorder to my records sent over my gp requested the files and said they'd have to him over soon. A few weeks later nothing and I had to chase up and every time was told by start to contact my new gp and was just given the run around until they eventually got sent over. Had to keep ringing this place to get something done as their utter useless and couldn't care less

    I moved to the Meridian clinic last year and am very thankful I did. My GP Dr.Cunningham is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all staff have always made me feel welcome. They also have nurses onsite which is great for when you need bloods done etc.

    The receptionist has no way of how to talk to people. I am deaf person and she was yelling at me and without patience. I was totally embarrassed. And they always ring to me and never text or email. I ask a million times please don't call me because I'm deaf. How can a medical clinic not care about this information and ring to a deaf person?

    I’m only giving one star because there is no option to give zero stars …I rang for a doctors appointment for my daughter after she’d been awake all night with pain only to be told that the earliest appointment she could get to see a doctor was the following week and I was told to ring D Doc when they open in the evening.

    Overall I had very good experience with the clinic. I had to call few times because of Christmas break. On site staff was extremely helpful and kind. Also all examinations went in fast good pace.

    My 6 year old daughter needed 3 paper stitches re-dressed and after 50 mins waiting on the phone the receptionist advised me that they do not have the facility to dress a wound!! They advised to go to the hospital in these covid times even though their excuse for not doing any work is "due to covid". What a lazy bunch of people and I will be removing my family from this establishment especially after reading some horror reviews..

    U call 📞 them they leaving u wanting on phone 📱 over 30mins which is ridiculous plus ➕️ wen getting through 2them it takes 40mins answering ur call 📞 not gd practice or surgery I would not recommend tis place guys as staff not nice with people who are in urgent need of care I will given them the thums do👎

    Has to be the worse doctor’s surgery going and the smell of sick out of the place is unhuman!! never once did I have a nice normal experience, new doctors ever week and the reception staff are so rude, I was told if I don’t like it get a new doctor I would if there was another one I’m sure everyone would run a mile from this place!

    A long time ago, Dr J administered quite a few travel vaccines to my wife over a short 6 week timeframe. 15 years on, my wife’s health has never recovered. We were just reminiscing and wondered if she was still practicing as it was a very dark time for us and we have always regretted the poor advice we received. Reading through some of these posts, it seems like the level of service has been maintained

    0*!!! The worst practice in Ireland!! Staff are extremely rude have no compassion for their patients. Especially the blonde hair girl working there she is so ignorant and cheeky, she is no help have no idea how she still has her job, in fact I have no idea how this place is still open!!! My elderly father came here with an ear ache, and was told he needed his ear drained. They said we will ring you with an appointment, they rang him when he was walking home and told him to come down the following week, on his way down there they called him and said we cannot fit you in today as only 1 nurse is working here. We can fit you in another 2 weeks. How can they leave an elderly person with an ear ache for almost 3 weeks!??? My sister has diabetes, they told her the prescription was sent to the chemist and when she got there, nothing was there! She had to go down to the practice to sort it out, they told her it would be there in about 3-4 days, how can they let a diabetic go days without medication??? The nurses you get appointed to are never there. They tell you they sent the prescription to the chemist and when you go to collect it, it's not there and then have to ring the reception and wait over 40minutes to which no one answers or go down to the practice to try sort it out!!! They cause so much stress and upset to patients, they should be closed down immediately!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
