I was very nervous upon arrival first time visiting the office. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Tommy was excellent he was very thorough explained every process very detailed on everything he was going to do, recommend what products I should use to help improve with my dental cleaning. Dr. Cevasco and the office did an outstanding job! He took his time to really examine my situation. Explained the issues with my teeth. Offered me options followed by his recommendation. Gave great attention to detail. Made sure I liked the work done and made adjustments. The office staff were very polite and courteous. And all for a fair price! I used to dread going to the dentist, but I can get used to this.

I didn’t realize how over dramatized other dentists could be about the state of your teeth until I visited South Flores Family Dental! At previous offices, I was told I need extractions, special services to remove plaque, or else such and such will happen. I was pleasantly surprised at how matter of fact and thorough they are here. They were explaining every single aspect that went into their thought processes even when it was a bit beyond my comprehension, which is fine. They explained the treatments they recommended and exactly what that will prevent or improve, and did not pressure me into deciding anything that visit. “We don’t like surprises” they said, and neither do I! Thanks for taking good care of my chompers.

I had a wonderful experience at Flores Family Dental. The staff was exceptionally kind and understanding. Despite my nervousness, they were incredibly accommodating and made me feel at ease. I even shed a few tears, but they never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it. OMG this place is amazing. I just had a root canal and it was by far the most comfortable and pain free root canal experience! 🦷 Prior to this I had two root canals by two different dentist and they were not nearly as pleasant. 😬🤕 South Flores Family Dental came highly recommended, and I definitely also highly recommend them! Tommy was great as my dental hygienist! Really enjoyed the experience - he was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through the entire process and gave me awesome tips for the upkeep until my next appointment with him :)
