After reading some of the other mixed reviews I wanted to try it out for myself. So the menu is very easy to read and they way you order it the different combinations are endless. The fruit was fresh and good tastes. Not sure if the base Was fresh made or frozen though. The bowels came out very fast after we ordered which is a good thing. The service was good also. Over all it was good, but I have had better and worse 🤔

I found my replacement for ice cream 😍. The blue magic base for the superfoods bowel gives me my ice cream fix and the customer service is by far the best i've had since moving to TX. (Sorry if I say spell your name wrong) Martin was awesome. He took his time..explaine literally everything to me with a great smile. I will be back. And would recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.

The best açaí in town! The flavor and quality is so yummy. I usually get half açaí and half pitaya because it’s hard to choose just one. The employees were very friendly and helpful. As an added touch, the store is super cute!

Really Dense Smoothie Bowl Base! Love Jugo's Acai Bowls: The base is flavorful; and the fruit is diced small. You can make is as sweet as you want, even topping your bowl with chocolate ganache! (Usually I just do granola, honey, and bee pollen, though. :)

Super cute place. I tried a delicious, fresh bowl that I built myself. Healthy and quick snack! Very refreshing and definitely will be going back for more

Had two of their smoothies. The Gains and Pinapple Express. They were both really good. I would just say if you want your smoothie to be sweet add the sweetener (I don't mind it without). Also, the order came out very quick! The inside is very welcoming and vibrant. A good place to get a quick healthy snack! Would recommend!!

Absolutely delicious! I’m such a big fan of their açaí bowls. We travel all over the world and have eaten açaí at many different places. This is up there with the best. We were a little hesitant because of some of the negative reviews but we’re glad we went. They’ve recently changed owners/management and you can tell the new ones really making this place top notch. Everyone working there was super friendly, attentive and professional. They had exactly what i needed, when I needed it. I ended up getting an açaí, pitaya mix with fruits, granola and a peanut butter topping. My wife got the pitaya with blue magic. So refreshing. They definitely know what they’re doing. I just hope they get one in Dallas soon!

Service is always quick and the bowls are super yummy. Great price and size! UPDATE: The bowls have now went up in price but I still come, recently they are always out of product— which is frustrating.

I really enjoyed the vibes inside, it was comfortable and relaxing. Parking was easy and there are lots of shopping opportunities nearby.

I’ve yet to find a better tasting açaí bowl! Atmosphere is inviting and the staff is friendly. I always bring my friends when I get the chance.

So the customer service was just amazing. The people at the register were very pleasant. They customize our bowls we purchased the wake up call, which is pretty good. If you don’t like a tart bitterness, taste that comes from the cold brew asked for it to be less cold brew but if you’re OK with that, just get it normal , the fruit bowl that we got purchased was a pitaya dragon fruit and coconut bowl double strawberries, and it was Bussin. When you get you fruit bowl, make sure that you always get the granola at the bottom but I enjoyed my conversation with my homey and we had a good time full, the bowls bowls were great. The smoothie was on point and I’m coming back like I left my keys. Music was great too! The option to be outside is awesome cause when we to cold we worked on our lifetime tans!

It was fine, nothing that great, place is cute but the açaí bowl is probably the worst one I’ve had so far and I’ve had a lot. It didn’t taste fresh to me. The açaí base had a weird taste. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend.

I would definitely say over priced - the açaí bowl 12 oz was 8.95$ and the juice that I got was the same price too. Açaí bowl tasted great though - I had the coconut base with peanut butter , granola and fruits - it was yum . I'm still not over the price

Hard to eat healthy at times; having this place close by at the Alon is great! Services is usually pretty stellar, and it’s rarely crowded here.

I visited Jogo- Alon for the first time today. I am a Pitaya Bowl fanatic, so I ordered one. The pitaya base was extremely sweet. I went to ask the young personnel if they had mistakenly added honey, agave or any other sweeteners and they said no, that Pitaya is that sweet. I have been eating pitaya for quite some time and know pitaya is not that sweet. I couldn't finish eating it. I went back to the counter to buy a bottle of water and mentioned I could only eat the fruit as the base was too sweet, and their response was: sorry. I still wonder if they added sweetener or if by this being a food chain, it doesn't carry fresh and unprocessed Pitaya. I was very much looking forward but was very disappointed instead.

This was my first visit. Great drink selections and a variety of bowl options. Shout out to the staff! 👏🏿

I absolutely love this place, I go quite a bit and the food always tastes fresh and wonderful. My only complaint would be the inconsistent portion size. Sometimes the acai bowl will be full and beautiful and other times everything looks like sad half portions with barely anything in the bowl. Either way it is always fresh and the employees are always kind and helpful.

Cute small place haven’t tried their smoothies or juices but I do love their açaí bowls
