In my restless dreams, I see these apartments. Crown Point Only a distant but radiant memory, stuck In the back of my mind. Laughing, loving, crying, living withing its walls. The community, the other residents, where nothing but strangers before the rent started to rise. It's a weird sense of unity banding together against an unrelenting unwavering force. It's even a weirder sense when the joyous moments of merriment turn sour and spoiled when neighbors start to go. You get what you paid for. Right? After all, an apartment in southern California is much sought after the world round. With a rent so high you would expect many amenities and luxuries. But not in Crown Point. Pools closed despite the blistering socal summer sun. Residents grow restless and angry. So much for that California dream. And the only way I can fight back, is a single star review on the internet, the second star is politeness one should show to such a mess as this. Let them drown in open apartments and closed pools. Do not enter crown point.

Few days ago I visited office. I was looking for 1 bed apartment . One full time lady was very rude and bossy. to me. I was very disappointed. And i saw the move in special on many websites about Crown Point. it’s still on websites now. But she said this special is no more. And I visited another apartment New one is more clean, cozy and cheaper. Your apartment company lose tenants ,because of that lady’s bad attitude.

Too pricy especially when it's suppose to be a nice location but the management doesn't car for your safety. Meaning they let gangbangers and homeless bums loiter the area. Even at night you don't know if your gonna get mugged at gunpoint or stabbed. I'm glad I left those apartments

This place is one of the nicest apts in West Covina , however the negatives are they raise your rent every year sometimes even twice a year at times and I'm not talking about a 25 or 50 increase it's way over $100 . Also now we can't grill in our own patios no gas grills allowed can't place potted plants on the ledge of your patios , Garages are available but they charge you for it , also they only give you one car parking assigned so if you have two cars you must park in the street . I'm moving out as soon as I find another place .

Scheduled for a tour 1 week in advance, making sure to confirm that they were open on that date. Found out they weren’t actually open on that date when I got there. Nice

I made appointment at 2pm but no one showed up at the office until 2:20 pm. The office is locked and phone call is not picked up. Bad customer service.

The apartments are dated but clean. The parking is very limited; if you have multiple vehicles and do not wish to rent a garage/extra spot, you must park the extra vehicles on the street. The grounds are not gated so there are vehicles that have been broken into both parked in assigned spots and on the street. Overall Crowne Point is decent for the price.

Living here is very safe and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly, and so are the neighborhood cats! The view of the north and the across-street view of the west (Wailea) are 2 sources of power not to be underestimated. Only problem at the moment is the skyrocketting rent rates, so I'd suggest getting a prepaid deal for a reasonable amount of your stay.
