I'll start with the girls at the reception who are all super nice and patient, willing to help and answer questions. At the same time, I am delighted with the Clinic, I had a free consultation where they did X-rays and I was well advised. Dr. Omar, who treated me, performed a reconstruction (a filling) and I loved his way of working, not only because of the speed and professionalism, but because he explained the entire process step by step, which gave me confidence and calm down, (I'm one of those who gets nervous even as an adult at the dentist😅). Also 10p giving the anesthesia, I didn't feel anything, I'll be back soon, thank you.

My mother and I have always been clients of this clinic. So much so, that my mother started taking me when I was little and now I am the one who has to accompany her because she has a very severe dementia, similar to Alzheimer's. My mother (due to this condition) fell on the street and broke the dental appliance that she always wears. Very concerned about how difficult his behavior is at times, and by his difficult explanations... I went over first thing in the morning to explain the situation at the consultation. The treatment of this team was not only impeccable, friendly and committed. If not, they were very affectionate and attentive. My daughter went to her first visit and was very disappointed, she did not like the doctor's treatment. I treated her like a little girl, when she was old enough to go alone, and she was quite insolent with out-of-place comments. The truth will not return.

My experience was not good at all, they performed the first part of a root canal and the duration of the anesthesia did not hurt, then it started to hurt, I called and they told me to come in, the dentist didn't even look at me, she told me that it was normal, that when they finished it it would go away, that I came in with pain and that it is normal, I leave and call again to ask for the appointment to be brought forward, they call me 15 minutes before my doctor has to leave, understandable, An emergency can happen to anyone, but I need them to see me because it hurts a lot and here I am waiting, I won't go back, they are very nice but they haven't solved the problem well for me.
