We
were
so
excited
to
eat
here,
during
this
trip
we
planned
to
cook
most
of
the
food
we
ate
on
our
camping
stove,
which
we
did.
But
Bellaverde
was
a
place
we
really
wanted
to
try
so
we
made
sure
we
planned
it
into
our
budget.
The
meals
were
pretty
average
to
be
honest,
very
expensive
for
what
you
get.
But
the
lemon
desert
was
spectacular!
We
arrived
at
the
restaurant
with
a
reservation
but
we
still
had
our
backpacks
and
hiking
clothes
on.
My
boyfriend
had
a
bottle
of
water
in
his
backpack
from
the
days
walk
and
took
a
sip
and
put
it
back
in
his
bag
under
the
table.
Later
when
my
boyfriend
left
the
table
to
use
the
toilet,
the
owner
of
the
restaurant
came
over
to
me
and
voiced
her
disgust
that
my
boyfriend
took
a
sip
of
his
water
from
his
bag.
Why
she
waited
till
he
had
left
the
table
instead
of
saying
it
directly
to
him,
I
have
no
idea.
But
I
thought
it
was
very
rude
the
way
she
went
about
it.
Before
coming
we
had
read
that
somebody
was
charged
€5
for
a
water.
So
because
of
our
budget
we
decided
to
just
have
the
mains
and
a
desert
and
skip
the
overpriced
drinks.
At
the
end
of
our
meal
the
owner
took
our
payment
(which
was
the
same
price
as
our
weekly
groceries)
and
made
out
to
be
annoyed
that
we
weren’t
adding
extra
to
the
bill
for
a
tip.
Maybe
she
was
just
in
a
bad
mood
that
day,
or
maybe
she
prefers
customers
who
are
going
to
buy
bottles
of
wine.
The
place
felt
a
little
elitist.
I’m
sure
if
we
had
been
dressed
up
in
smart
clothes
and
had
lots
of
money
to
spend
our
treatment
would
have
been
more
friendly
:)
Giving
two
stars
only
for
the
lemon
desert
