Nice, cozy and high-tech hotel, equipped with google nest … very warm and friendly staffs. Unfortunately, in first night check-in, while preparing for hot tea in room, a small cockroach creep up from behind the fridge. Good service by room boy who came and catch the roach and clean the wall. The duty manager also came with a plater of slice fruit as a gesture of apology. Another unfortunate event when I took breakfast, another roach appear on the chair back across my sitting position, chased down by two small kids nearby. I told the waitress who catch the roach silently. A lot of windows for improvement to keep cleanliness. 😊

My company held media gathering and this is the very first time we decided to have Aston Cilegon service for having this one. This is absolutely great experience that Aston Cilegon prepared and helped us much at this event. Our directors and guests felt satisfied and said that soon would consider Aston Cilegon to have another event and meeting for sure. The customer services help us very well, the place is good and clean, the food was amazing from variety, taste, quality and quantity. Thank you for giving us best experience. Two thumbs up.

The room and pillow were comfortable. The food was limited. I am regular here but got disapointed because the service. I already had confirmation letter that state non smoking and queen bed room but instead I got smoking room, when I was complaining, they said that the room was full and either I stay in my room with additional treatment to the smell or relocated to the non smoking room but with twin bed type.

I stayed at Aston Cilegon for my work trip for about 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised at how sophisticated the service here is. Being a stranger in a foreign land the staff still managed to make me feel at home. The rooms were clean and tidy. If there was anything lacking room service is just a few minutes away from making up for it. The mornings start with a huge array of breakfast dishes with a special traditional station which changes every day. I will miss having my chats with Dara, Keysha and Yati who always gives me a joyful start to the day with their engaging conversations and prompt service.

This is a modern hotel. Very good breakfast. Miss Dara and her team were very helpful. I would definitely stay at the Aston again. Thank you 🙏

Room was excellent, pack with lots of features such as smart tv with netflix and youtube etc and overall room was clean and neat. Breakfast here was great as well, plenty of options to choose from. Location wise there are plenty of nearby street foods and its just a few minutes away from the mall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ASTON Cilegon and I must say that the service provided by Ms. Suti was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, Ms. Suti greeted me with a warm smile and willingness to assist with any request to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Nice hotel with great service, kind staff. Breakfast has many option. Room have google assistant that give nice vibe, easy to make mood change with music background. Suggestion to have cappucino machine may be suite with the Cilegon vibe.

Very nice Hotel in Cilegon. Dara and the all the service staff are very friendly and make the stay comfortable. Dinner tastes good and there is a huge variety of fruit juices. For breakfast there is a buffet with an egg corner and also a cook for beef teppanyaki.

Dara, and Ara well hopitality and great service. Food Glass Noodles was really amazing. Fruits are Very Fresh. The scramble egg was well cooked. Coffee and Milk is wonderful. I might return for a visit again.

Ordered fish n chips, grilled chicked, mixed vegetables for dinner and all of them are delicious. They also provided us with crackers until the main course are ready. Waitress are friendly. Special thanks to Miss Dara for her hospitality.

Spacious and comfy room in Cilegon. The hotel and facilities are clean and the bedroom are neat and nice. Got a free upgrade to try their suite room and it was superb. The room even more spacious and they have bathtub in the bathroom, also has a coffee machine and microwave inside the room. Really love the room. Thank you Aston!

1. Room cleanliness and comfort: The hotel rooms are of appropriate size and the air conditioning works well, making it comfortable to stay in, and cleanliness also good. Refrigerator is good cooling. One downside is that I was woken up by speaker noise around 4 AM in the morning. 2. Service: The hotel staff is friendly and creates a positive impression. The restaurant staff is exceptionally attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Especially, the coffee prepared by Ms.Dara every morning is very soothing. 3. Location: The hotel is very convenient as there are convenience stores, shopping malls, and food courts nearby.

This is our first time stay in Aston cilegon. Everything is perfect. The room is excellent, simple and very comfortable. The services is outstanding and professional. The breakfast menu is also great. Simple but the taste is really great. Met miss Sekar and chef Dzul at the restaurant. They offered us vegetable gyoza and strawberry Bombolini which were really tasty. Surely will be back here on the next holiday.

Room 5 stars, using some kind of tablet by Google Assistant instead of ordinary phone. So we can do more things than just a call. Hospitality 5 stars, they offer a tea/coffee while you entering the restaurant for breakfast. They also not hesitate to bring us any food that we ordered (if you lazy enough) 🙄🤣 Food 5 stars, especially for their Muesli: oat mixed with milk & honey but got "marinated" in one night, so the sweet from honey absorbed really well. Two raisins added for topping. My favorite 😄 The staff is also 5 stars, really helpful & polite. Thank you Ms. Sekar & all staffs👍🏻 The restaurant is divided into 2 areas: indoor & outdoor. While outdoor is directly facing the pool, so good if you sleep here with your family. Definitely my son will be excited 😁 The towels are available too. Sadly the pool size ain't big, 4.5 stars for this

Best hotel around Cilegon. The building looks new and has industrial minimalist design. Room was clean and comfortable. You got everything you need: Unlimited water from the water dispenser just outside your room; smart tv, clean towel, toiletries and other amenities. I love their water kettle and how they use digital technologies inside the room (room order, phone call, etc). Breakfast and service was great. Good range of choices. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

I had a good experience when I came for the first time. They had a good ambiance and interest in the interior. The room was clean and they have high tech for entertaining the guests. They had an excellent view from the room. There's no hair dryer but you can borrow one via room service with the call "The Butler", and when you first come to the room, the ac is not cold directly, you have to wait maybe 10 minutes or more

Great place to stay with fair price. The interior is beautifully designed with cozy atmosphere. The hotel and the restaurant is Professionally managed.Friendly staff, happy to serve with a wide smile. During my stay I utilized hotel cars for transportation clean and comfy cars with professional drivers. Credits to Mr. ANDRI (driver). Definitely reccommendable...

I was in total 5 weeks in the Aston Hotel and visit Indonesia for the first time for a business trip. The hotel looks super modern and everything is nice and clean. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a long stay and the bed is very comfortable. The service especially in the restaurant and the reception was perfect (Mr. Lanang, Mrs. Aurora, Mrs. Sisil, Mrs. Ara and all the others!) - everyone was very professional, respectful and friendly. Also the service stuff for the rooms was mindful. The restaurant had a good choice also for European dishes. For me the hotel is 5/5 only the area around the hotel was not really welcome for a night walk or some running.

Pretty clean room. Warm service from staff. You have to know how to use Google Assistant app. There is no conventional phone in the room, it uses Google Nest instead. In only useful for make a video and voice call only to the hotel service. I tried to command the TV but did not work. Google Nest responded to my command but the TV did not respond. Seems to need a proper configuration.

The room was nice, comfy, clean, and surprisingly they have google assistant tablet + speaker on every room! Breakfast was excellent, taste very good. The pool was beautiful, they have jacuzzi on it. And the staff, i’m in love with them, it feels like they serve us with their heart. I’ve been here 2 times and it never a disappointment!

First time visiting Cilegon and I was impressed by my stay here. Location was perfect, very strategic. Room was great, very nice interior design, really liked the shower design with faucet, handheld and rainfall showers. Gym was small but adequate, there’s also a jacuzzi next to the pool. Breakfast was great too - you should try the oatmeal, yoghurt, and mushroom soup! Definitely would come back.

Love the fish thai sauce and the croissants so legit. The room is comfortable and clean ❤️ Ms. Dara is helpful and very kind. Thank you, it was nice stay at here with family. Definitely will come back again.

Aston Cilegon is a very comfortable hotel. the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, the service is also excellent. breakfast menu at the restaurant is very varied. i really like the authentic Acehnese noodles, it's taste so yummy. thank you for the friendly service by the staff, especially yati🙏
