I
stumbled
upon
this
place
by
accident
looking
for
a
coffee.
It
really
reminds
me
of
the
sandwich
bar
that
I
worked
at
when
I
was
younger
.
Nothing
is
fancy,
but
there
is
service
with
a
smile
and
so
many
options
for
sandwiches
(
as
well
as
rolls
and
focaccias)
-
as
well
as
hot
dogs
and
hamburgers.
The
staff
were
wonderfully
efficient-
I
watched
as
one
woman
almost
simultaneously
made
two
wraps
,
take
another
persons
order
,
and
talked
to
the
kitchen
.
Unfortunately
I
can’t
eat
normal
bread
or
rolls
-
but
they
did
have
some
gluten
free
bread
,
so
I
ordered
a
bacon
and
egg
toasted
sandwich
with
mayonnaise,
and
an
iced
latte
with
almond
milk
.
Coffee
was
good
(
forgot
to
ask
the
type
though)
and
the
sandwich
hit
the
spot
-
a
flavourful
quick
bite
.
One
of
the
staff
did
point
out
to
me
that
they
had
several
gluten
free
sweets
as
well
(
large
florentines
in
jar
and
the
ubiquitous
brownie
!
As
well
as
some
slices
,
which
were
kept
in
a
separate
case
near
the
counter
.
There
were
obviously
many
regulars
in
and
out
and
the
customers
were
looked
after
,
a
few
of
them
greeted
by
name
.
I
was
actually
fascinated
by
the
large
reproduction
photo
hanging
on
the
wall
-
it
was
an
International
Expo
in
Milan
in
1906
,
a
wonderful
piece
of
memorabilia.
The
prices
were
VERY
reasonable-
2
coffees
with
a
vanilla
slice
for
my
friend,
and
a
toastie
for
me
came
to
$21
.
I
really
enjoyed
it
here
,
hopefully
will
make
it
back
soon
.
