It's my local cafe, but that's not why I'm a little bit partial. Best coffee anywhere: I'm forced to have decaf, and Pallet has the only decaf I like. (Yes, you can get beans to take home) Great food: well, unless you're watching what you eat. Everything is delicious and in big serves. Not your usual boring cafe food. Great atmosphere: whether you eat outside, inside, downstairs, or take away (or even get a sneaky lockdown delivery). Awesome people. Marcelo and the crew know all the locals and greet everyone with a smile. New in town? Passing through? You gotta go here.

Really lovely service from the staff, delicious food and nice atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to perhaps increase the portion size to be more fitting of the price or lower the prices to more accurately reflect the portion sizes. Otherwise it was a really lovely experience☕️

A couple of things. Number 1: the owner/manager made sure he interacted with all the customers witch I think is great and important. Number 2: the rest of the staff was super friendly and it didn't feel fake. Number 3: holding a baby and walking around there is lots to look at. Number 4: the coffee isn't bad either Number 5: the food is delicious All in all great all round cafe with plenty of space and wonderful staff.

I had the ricotta gnocchi and it was delicious. Coffee here is also top notch, not to mention their array of baked goods. It's much more spacious inside now they've done a renovation too.

expensive for what we ordered, milkshakes were weak in flavour and our food took SO long to make and we were the only ones that ordered food on a slow day. Bread on the bacon and eggs was so toasted so much that some of it was inedible

This morning at Pallet I had what is probably the second best bagel I have ever had in Australia; second only to Wellington Rd Cake Shop in Bondi, Sydney. The Pallet bagel has sumptuous smoked salmon, cream cheese, rocket and red onion. In the interest of full disclosure I should say I did ask them to remove the tomato. But overall a great bagel that had a lovely texture and which bounced back slowly after you bit into it (as good bagels should).

Incredible. Cozy environment. Delicious coffee. Tasty food. Excellent service that deserves 5 stars. The owner is a very nice person and he wins us over with all his sympathy.

This is a lovely place to stop for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee. The service is very friendly and the decor & seating welcoming. It’s especially nice to sit outside in spring and summer and just watch the world go by!

Pretty disappointed,. The coffee was dreadful, and the bread was cheap supermarket quality - not a bakery quality at all. I advise against going there. Go to the Rise. We went there after for our 2nd coffee and it was superb.

Well plated, fresh and tasty lunch dishes. There's a downstairs area which is more spacious and has a mothers room adjacent to the toilet. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Can't go wrong with this place. I love the salmon beagle for breakfast. My wife gets her coffee from here every Sunday despite it being a 15-minute drive one way.

Coffee with different strengths? Why has no one done this before? Love it! The Husky coffee they use is delicious and you can choose you coffee strength (including decaf!) and go bonkers with caffeine if you want. Great friendly service and the treats are brilliant as well. Often busy so get here early although there is seating downstairs too.

Excellent coffee and halloumi panini. First I was asked if I wanted my coffee in a cup, mug or soup bowl! Then I was asked if I wanted high, medium or low caffeine!

Very pleasant. We net friends and had the opportunity to chat without being overcome by noise. Lots of customers coming thru. Good coffee and cakes and friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Lovely staff. Cute cafe, warm on a freezing cold day. We shared a Rueben which was delicious!

Super nice service, made to feel very welcome. Extensive menu with brekky and lunch options available. The bagel was a huge serving, more than enough, and the beetroot hummus served with the smashed avo was a delight. They have a variety of coffees available, ranked by caffeine level, so ask for the Raging Bull for a real pick-me-up.

The best coffee in the Adelaide Hills! Always have a good laugh with the staff. The Portuguese tarts are my favourite guilty pleasure!

The home of great coffee and good old fashioned small town gossip. If you've nothing better to do with your day than mingle with simple folk to talk about the colour of their neighbour's underwear, I highly recommend the Pallet Cafe 😁

👍👍 The converted shed is simple yet beautiful. It has cathedral ceilings and cement floors. There is a wonderful mix of steel and wood. They have retained the stone wall of the original building. The food was superb and the prices were reasonable. The Howard wines were fresh, deep, and matched the food...
