Beware of bed fleas!! We booked 3 nights seeing the excellent reviews. When we arrived, it was nice but not exceptional in the south of Bali there is a lot of accommodation on offer and seeing the comments we said to ourselves that it was going to be a little above. Finally the bathroom had mold. In the room there are marks on the walls. The worst happens when it's time to go to bed, the mattress infested with bed fleas was horrible. Yes we should have checked before but we said to ourselves for a hotel of this standard they must check. That will teach us. We alert the gentleman at reception who doesn't seem to care. He still comes to take a photo and leaves, leaving us like that! But we quickly catch up with him by telling him that we are not going to sleep there and that we want to be reimbursed. At this point it was almost 1am we had to urgently find other accommodation and pay a very expensive taxi. The worst part was that he wanted us to come back the next day to be reimbursed but that was out of the question. We insisted heavily to ultimately only have 80% of the amount. He tells us that he will transfer the missing amount to us the next day. We have been writing for several days now and of course zero feedback! The least you can do is repay! Really dirty and shameful service. Our worst experience in 7 months of travel.

First of all, I really like the room. So spacious and clean, with access view to the pool. Although it's hidden place but still walking distance to the mart (Indomaret). The cons is although i booked for two night but it wasn't cleaned in the next day like the other hotel. I don't know should i ask or something? The spoon and the fork on the table is quite dirty, perhaps it's never been used again due to pandemic season. The other problem that they don't give me shower gel or shampoo so luckily i was bring by myself. But overall still okay and acceptable.

I actually never write reviews but this experience is really worth a good recommendation. I have visited a lot of hotels and appartments in Bali but this one was by far the best one. The building was build in 2018 so everything is brand new. The rooms are very clean and there are no insects or other animals. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect if you like to be everywhere in a couple of minutes. Best place in Bali for me, I will go back here if I visit Bali again.

I lived here for several months and really enjoyed my time in this accommodation. The rooms are very clean. Room service can be used every day. There are also always fresh towels. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly. The mood was very positive! Compared to other accommodations, the pool area is very spacious and open plan. I had a room on the first floor and a fantastic view, especially at sunset (see pictures). I lived there as a student, but families and backpackers also came here. I would be happy to come back any time!

Good but cleanliness is a little poor

overall the place is ok. but the staff, especially the cleaning service was bad. i asked them to clean the room, but they all literally throw every plastic bag into trash. meanwhile the plastic bag still filled with the stuff i’ve bought from shopping place. it’s weird when i tried to finding it back, all the stuffs are still there except my shopping plastic bag. no responsibility from the staff. when the other staff called through phone, the cleaning service boy just laughed hear we are trying to finding out on the trash bin and avoid to confess not even saying sorry. not only my time has been wasted, but the money as well. please consider to at least being apologetic when customer complained

A bang for yours bucks ! My wife absolutely love this hotel. We stayed for a week! The pool is beautiful. Staff service is good. They also provide yamaha pcx motorbike rental 150k a day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stay here for a week, all is good. Clean room, cozy space, nice staff. But the parking space are narrow.

A very pleasant stay here. Clean spacious room, large comfortable bed, complimentary water dispenser inside the room, friendly and helpful staffs. Great location near to Canggu and Seminyak. Definitely recommended for budget stays! Suksma!

Good place with kitchen in the corner, but narrow parking space

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and was the best choice in our trip. We spent most of our days outside, and this place was very strategic to Seminyak & Canggu hit spots. We stayed at the room on the ground floor and the facilities were overall pretty nice. There were water dispenser in the room, spacious bathroom with shower and water heater, huge room with AC, shared kitchen that you can borrow plates and kitchen amenities, and a swimming pool. However, my eyes felt teary and stung when swimming. Maybe they need to reduce the amount of chlorine they put for the pool. The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staffs ready to serve you whenever. I definitely will go back and stay here on my next visit.
