Best brand to get smartphones and audio products. Just got OnePlus Nord buds and OnePlus Nord ce 2 lite. Both are best of the price range. The simplicity, the features, the price are just unbeatable.

Most items are available, but didn't find OnePlus bullets wireless z2 when I went there.

The product is good. But the sales persons are inexperienced. The person told after full recharge the indicator of my earphone that I bought will turn from red to green. But actually the indicator turned white from red. Waiting for green indicator could have damaged the earphone.

I have stepped OnePlus store for a casual visit. I see the all product and the way they have described me about the features and advantages of each module i liked most. Appreciate their understanding and well customer behaviour. I must say it's a best place to visit to buy your phone. Finally i got my dream mobile from here. Once again thank you so much for your help and support.

The customer sales team is very honest and guides the customer based on their needs. I loved it being a red cable gang member for the past 3 years.
