I have got my glasses several times from this store since 2016. I have always had a pleasant experience here: the staff are very courteous and helpful towards their customers. Whenever I have had issues related to my eyesight, I have always preferred this Lenskart store over any other optical store because the specs I get from Lenskart always have good quality.

Awesome experience by the store staff .My glass came out of the frame and Siva Behera was able to fix it with in a second.Recommended place to visit for purchase and fixing any issue

If you want to test your eye they will say wait for sometime.. Yesterday, I was standing for more than 1 hour but no response from anyone. I asked him 3-4 times his answer was 2-3 customers are there in queue wait for some time. (For 2 customers does it take 1 hour to test) After 1 hour, I just asked them... Should, I leave their answer was yes you can!!! So, Why the hell you kept me standing for 1 hour. Respect time it's essential for everyone. They way you will treat your customers it will really come to you. Really disappointed from Lenskart. This was about eye testing..... Then comes to buying glass their behavior was really inappropriate they should be trained how to treat customers.

From the rampant advertisement of this 'lens kart' company I believed that according to their advertisement ,the services to customers would be like more than excellent. Alas! On my first visit I experienced very very poor service. Reason: inexperienced- half backed knowledgeable- testing officer is taking the eye tests and her wrongful readings of my eyes' power resulted improper lens glasses. Which is creating till date many problems to my eye .

Being a doctor(after I told that I am a doctor) your optometrist didn’t do my eye check up. Please do something about your retail store or else we have to take some serious legal action about your store. Felt bad…really pathetic situation that(why people visit you instead of a local doctor). Useless optometrist.
