All are talking good part of it. Let me talk something bad we are facing here. Most of the residents are tenants here. Hence they do not have much to say on day today management of the society. Many things require maintennace but nobody look at it. Security here interfere in every small things of your life. I have been staying here for last one month. When ever some of them see me near the pool, will ask me, which tower I am from? are you you a tenant or owner of your flat. Such questions will allways make you to feel that you are a tenant only. If you park your vehicle 2/3 minutes infront your tower waiting for your family to reach the vehicle, they will ask to remove your vehicle. You cannot park your vehicle for few minutes in any place even though that may be a vacant parking place. So many such things. What I feel, this is how security here believe that they are doing good job and different from others. The maid, elctrician and car cleaner have their own group (especially car cleaner), their have their own union and they charged very high. You have no other option rather take their help. All helping hand think, people here are very rich and just loot them. If you have your car parking space in basement then another trouble. No lift to basement. Many routes to basement close after 10 P.M. You have to follow odd routes to reach your flat. Somany to mention but will put my points in my next review. Just enjoy your life do not think much. Another point I want add, remember you can not use your gas cylinder here. They will cease your gas cylinder the moment your reach there and will be under their custody till you leave the scoiety. This is because they have society's own gas connections. The broker will never share this point with you.

Beware of taking rent in Melody 2 - 7E by only getting a good behavior. They will eat all your deposited money while you leave the house. I also got fooled with Mr Pandey's polite behavior and took the house for the rent. Initially his son in law was the owner and communicated for everything. We stayed there without any complain. But when we left the house they have deducted huge amount from the deposit for the things which he never gave to us or was not working from the beginning. We have the proof. Also they harash us (Mr.pandey, His daughter and Son in law) with very bad behavior while we asked for refund from deposited amount.While we stayed for 26 days for the month, they deducted whole month rent. I understand for the sake of Lockdown they need money but it's unethical. The society is Good, people are too good. You will get support from everyone but only be careful while taking rent. My huge respect for the rhythm people, very much supportive. Do not go to M2-7E.

This is a nice place to stay away from the city crowd. Apartment is airy and amenities are good. Community hall, TV lounge, Gymnasium, well maintained Garden, 24×7 power backup, 24×7 security, Intercom facility.

Very nice residential.

Good upscale housing society. Greenery all around. But very few public transport available. Even no good shops nearby. Market is far away. But very calm and peaceful place.
