Very good arrangement! Very good staff and behaviour . Specially Mr nabakumar is very good and we’ll mannered . Food is very good ! Chef Mr Sujit is arranging food very well.

Good to stay, Very cleaned and maintained lodge in Malda, The lady owner is very much caring about her guest. Very soft spoken lady and try to understand the guest benifit. Staffs are more disciplined. I visited different hotels and lodges in West Bengal in every month. But i dont get the such complementary breakfast with huge variety and quality food compare to other lodges. The tariff of the room is so affordable. Thank you Continental 😊😊

Today evening attended a banquet party. Excellent food, in fact all items are too good. Hospitality is also very good. Mr. Sujit Gayen, the Executive Shef himself prepared a fish item "Aar bhapa", that was delicious. Thanks to the smiling and cordial Continental Team Members.

New Rooms are small but decorated. Old rooms need some makeovers. Staffs are polite and well behaved.

Very Horrible Complementary Breakfast, Full of Carbohydrates, No health sense. No Protein diet, No Non Veg Dishes, More than 15 Veg item, but No Non Veg Dishes. Bengali people are non vegetarian. Although Most are south Indian dishes, How bengali people eat and like ? Horrible sense of breakfast. Stop complementary breakfast, and give that amount as discount. Instead of juice, they give frooti/Maza, we know juice is expensive, but Frooti in juice jar ? Think about customers health. If you serve something to customer, please give good things of there choice, not your choice. So Sad

Nice hotel near English bazar police station, Malda. Neat and clean rooms with AC. Single & double bed AC rooms available. They have a restaurant too that severs tasty foods. Most importantly they offer 24 hrs check out facility which makes this property really very very useful if you are specially on a official trip. Behaviour of staffs are courteous. Nice & helpful people. Great choice if you are on a family / official trip

For work in our visit we stayed in this property at room 105 on 5th May 2022. We checked in at 9pm the television was not working, the tea cups and glasses were with marks of stains. Most ugly room that a property can have was given to us. Don't go with other reviews We are stating the facts ordered dinner for 8 rotis, 1 Chilly chiken 1 dal makhani 1 mutton and salad . The all items they served us cold . It's a sheer wastage of money . The room costs us 2150 plus taxes and dinner bill was around 800. Highly not recommended.

Rooms: We got the Continental premium room with free breakfast buffet. Room was large with necessary amenities. Two ACs , one TV, 1 wardrobe, 1 Sofa. Bathroom was okay. There was no glass separation for the shower if that's what you are looking for. Food : The food was delicious but limited menu. *Staff : The guy in the front desk was extremely rude for some reason. I have never seen such bad behaviour in any hotel in India to be honest. I think his name was Pradip. The rooms with lower prices are very small and not worth it. Overall it was an okay stay considering the place was Malda.
