Was stayed here for 3 nights in a happiness room type for a business travel, the room was okay, small but quite good for a hotel room, we can see the city view from this room. They have a bowl, spoon, and fork inside the room, as two mugs, the best thing is we can watch Netflix for free

Very bad hygiene, bed sheets is very dirty, dusty and smells, pillow case smells like it is not dried properly, dusty and yellow. A lots of fleas and ticks everywhere and some flying, some even caught by the spiderweb inthe shower, which is not small, but on the whole corner from ceiling to middle of the shower. Could not wait to move out. Asked for bed sheet change at 10pm. Breakfast is standard nothing fancy and apparently they have someone supervising the hotel and they are not aware of the flea problem on the room. Needed more supervision definitely. Rooms are finely decorated is a good point. But otherwise lift door keeps getting stuck. Needs maintenance work. Having colourful interior is good. Overall 1 star rating.

Great location, good for family staycation. Breakfast was so so. There are Momoyo and Burger Bangor outlet inside the hotel area. I suggest to book the biggest room as possible since there's no big difference between the price.

The hotel have big bedroom, rooftop was completed along with swimming pool, bar and gym area. The location quite strategic due to close to some cafe such as starbuck adn creativity kopi also a lot of street food. Down side were the bed cover smelly, and at moment the AC quite hot, but the maintenance and front desk took action faster to moved me into new room. Unfortunately, i didnt try their breakfast.

Stayed for 3d2n, to sum it up here my point + room is spacious + foods are good + good wifi connection - first day i stay at room 611, doh its the worst: - room is smelly, i asked for room spray but still it doesn’t work, even the smell stays on my shirt - bed sheets and bathroom are smelly as well - washtub is leaked - towels look dirty and smelly - a lot of small insects in the shower area - hot water doesn’t work - noisy in the outside - TV turn off itself when I sleep - rooftop bar is not accept card for spending less thank 100k, I asked the waitress to come to my room (since i only bring my card) for payment in cash they said we cannot come to the room. Like come ooonnn, you are not the only one waitress at the time. So i take my money in my room and back to rooftop and back to my room. Really inefficient for the guest - gym tools are not well maintained Second day i moved to room 707, smells better But still: - some wooden floors is not even,unsafe - small insects in the shower room - smelly towels - blurry tv channel in both room Actually i stayed for 4d3n in balikpapan and i decide to move to other hotel in my last day. Deffo will not back to this hotel, unless they do massive improvements especially for the room cleanliness

Giving a non smoker person a smoking room is not good.

Spacious room, unique interior and complete amenities and kind receptionist. It has varian menu for breakfast. Unfortunately the sink water seems block up and the AC remote doesn't work properly. Please check your maintenence

Its very comfy place and located right in the center of Balikpapan city, from that you can choose many ways to go around attractive places. The food here is quite alright and the ambience inside the hotel are very nice and neat

Fair service to price ratio.. decent breakfast but occasionally served better menu. Has rooftop bar and pool with numerous photogenic spot worth for content creation. Has huuuge parking space for 3 star hotel. Best on its class. Been here as an employee and a guest. Keep it up !
