Great room, good hospitality, and prime location due to distance to the Airport and any other business center.

High class hotel with excellent services ever. Like heaven.

The hotel is nice, the room is cozy, the pool. Tje building is nice, not else. But Since before we start to spend the night to talk to the reception is hard. Seems like they don't know what they do. Once they just hung up on me, could U imagine. Poor front office.

Best hotel in town. Nice room, really comfy, a little bit upset with the reception because i request another towel it takes a long time to provide it, because in the room just only one towel. But overall ok, I love the breakfast really good and also there’s a lot of options to eat.

The MOST SATISFYING hotel-breakfast that i've ever experienced! Luckily i spent several nights here so i could taste almost all of their b'fast menu, also repeated certain favorit menu again & again every morning :) For the room, it's quite spacious, comfie, luxurious. One thing highlighted: why do they make the bathroom a bit transparent with frosted glass wall, not a usual wall? To me it's unnecessary.

Location near/ opposite of the airport. Surrounding many seafood restaurant which about 5-10mins drive from hotel. Hotel room are cosy, and comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel staff are great and with highest hospitality. The breakfast served with local indonesia cuisine and mix with some international cuisine. The local hainan coffee is great which i like the most! Only things makes the room not perfect is the toilet. The toilet floor level is out and the water quite difficult to drain, everytime after shower, water ponding and it takes a while to drain. Hotel should renovate the toilet.

I stayed in different hotels in my entire life, but this is the best of the best of 4-star hotels. I felt myself in a 5-star hotel. People are kind and helpful, rooms are great, breakfast is so delicious, food in the restorant is amazing. Everything was more than perfect. I cannot find correct words to decribe my feelings. And special thanks to Ika to help me choosing my meal and conveying my request of less spicy food to the kitchen.

Amazing stay after staying in the Mercure in Samarinda. As a westerner, I was treated like royalty (even though I am clearly not) with complementary upgrades, hand written notes and just an overall first class experience. Pool is huge and beautiful (2 pools, in fact). You could actually walk to the airport if you need (I wouldn't) but they also have a complimentary shuttle. The included breakfast was the best I have had during my entire time in country. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. The service and smiles from all the staff was impressive. Feels like a resort, but right next to the airport (no noise) A great stop off before exploring everything Borneo has to offer - or even a wonderful getaway.

Totally disappointed with this hotel. They messed up the room arrangement for 18 of us. They were suppose to provide twin rooms but they gave king size room. When argued, they asked us to pay the extra to upgrade to the next category then only they will give us twin rooms. We already made the request upon booking. Very irresponsible! The room towels are smelly! Not just one room but for all rooms. The switches for the lights are messy, some lights can’t be turn off unless pulled out the plugs. The bed side table lamp as no switch too, I had to unscrew the lightbulb to have it turned off. The view to the big pool, don’t get deceived by it. The hotel pool is at the side of the building which guests cannot see, and the pool size is extremely small, around 10m length. The only star is given to the wide variety of breakfast selection. They provide western and eastern choices, all very delicious.

Good ambience hotel, delicious food, strategic location.

The room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The hotel provides a lot of options for breakfast and the taste is pretty good. I stayed in this hotel for a business trip so the hotel rate I paid already included laundry of 5 pieces of clothes per day. The result of the laundry was excellent. I ordered some meals from Room Service and they tasted good. The only drawback I experienced was when I asked the room service to pick up my laundry at 10 PM, but somehow it was picked up at 1:15 AM after multiple calls. The manager on duty apologized to me when I checked out from the hotel.

Stayed here with family under my parents name everythings good the concierge, security, the fnb service, BUT the front desk is the worse compared to the others especially for the one who is on duty this morning at 20 june 2023 at 07.30 am. I'm traveling as a family of 4 and we were struggling to bring our bags outside the parking but none of the front desk even look or ask to help us. I was a hospitality student as well and this is not how we were taught.

Had a delightful stay at Four Points Balikpapan! The service and assistance were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and luxurious accommodations. The food was amazing, and the open Testo bar area was simply fantastic, especially on a cool breezy day. Highly recommended!

The most i like from this chain group hotel are they services, the problem in hospitality are always happened, the way you tackle it, show hows you are in industry.

Great hotel and nice breakfast and in-room dining. Could improve on the in-room menu though. Selection limited but food taste great.

Stayed here for business- the location was a bit strange as its in the middle of residential area but conveniently close to the airport. Room was great and very comfortable. Breakfast selection was very satisfying. I stayed here during feasting season and tried their Iftar all you can eat - so delicious. Staffs were also friendly and helpful.

6aug2022 this is the first time stay at Four point. get room 817 fiew to Swimming pool. Room is clean, toilet clean. Bed and pillows is very comfortable. Get some food and feel tasty.this is good maybe next time come and stay at this hotel

Comfortable beds, thick blankets, lots of variety of food, and less than 5 minutes from the airport!

First time experience coming as a guest in Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan, we had a pleasant stay especially the comfy bed. No doubt. We had several experiences in other hotels in Balikpapan, but no one can beat Four Points so far. Shout-out to all the F&B team members for the hospitality. Special Thanks to Ika, Januar, Pak Andre for providing the outstanding service, keep it up. I will definitely come back anytime soon!

Such a nice stay in Four Points none of it has negative side for me, the room, the stay and location is all good, food are tasty and various, and even the gym. Love it the most!

Friendly & helpful staff, various menu for breakfast, quick check in & check out time, large swimming pool, easy parking lot, spacious room & nice quality for amenities, last but not least...comfortable bedding set. The best in town!!

It's a bit far from the city center but the nearest to the airport. The service is excellent, the room is very spacious and modern. What i complain is that they only provide a single shower located just above your head (normally there's various options). But i love the breakfast! They have many options, and even have a little warung where we can get our own choice of snack or coffee sachet. Overall my stay here was okay, but not that excellent for the price we paid.

All are good, except towels are very dull. Shampo & bath gel are provided from dispensers that reflect a budget hotel.

We are held breakfasting in this hotel, the food is barely refill and took a long time, quality of the food dissapoint us (we are group consist of 30 people). They only have a few staff not considering that almost 100+ people breakfasting in the restaurant. Overall, bad experience and wont ever try to eat in the restaurant ever again

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Staffs were friendly. Overall good hotel for Balikpapan standard, but was expecting much more when first saw Sheraton and Marriott branding. Some dissapointments were the restaurant's cheap-look furnitures, and the breakfast had qood choices but can still find overcooked sausages, undercooked chicken, salty fried noodle, cold coffee from the warmer pot, etc. Swimming pool viewed from room was rather misleading too. The actual pool looks like neighborhood pool.

Very bad service at the restaurant. During check-in, they gave us a free coupon for a Juice or Coffee at the bar. So I give the coupon and ask for a Juice. Then, the girl came back with her manager... she started saying that they only have orange Juice. So I said okay. She brought me the worst Juice i have ever seen : water with sugar and taste of orange..... I started to complain nicely at first because it is supposed to be fresh blended juices but she decided to fake that she couldn't understand english (later she suddenly understood).... so I went to the reception, they apologized and said that the coupon was supposed to be a fresh Juice but nothing else. I never got my Juice or anything else...

Right by the airport, so great place to layover. Food was really good, live music outside bar. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable

Good four point Sheraton hotel.. The location all ok, even located at small road but near to airport sepinggan The breakfast unique with many choice plus serve indomie and sachet drink Room are spacious with good environment. Check in process all ok Overall all good but I can't give 5 star just because staying for only for resting 😁 before going back to jakarta

Really close to Sepinggan airport, but not walking distance to the downtown. Spacious and comfy room. Got unique and lots of breakfast variety.
