Nice budget place to stay. The price is not high, but the service quality is nice. The room is clean. The air conditioner is working fine. And the hot shower is also working fine. The breakfast is also nice. However, it sometimes get full of people especially on weekend

Always lovely to stay at Fave Hotel. The staff were very polite, the room is big enough and clean, minimalistic type but it's was ok. The bathroom were also clean. Only one thing for this hotel to maintain/fix is the receptionist desk, it's look like mess in there, hey that is your first impression to the customer.

It was wonderful. the staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. I arrived early and they allow me to get an early check in. The bathroom was also very clean. I love it. Its just the towel, they need to change it, but other than that, was great. Got nothing to complain about.

This hotel 2 stars but its amazing. Only 324.000 rupiah we can have big room, Friendly Receptionist, clean room, clean toilet, modern building, welcome drink available. I really really recommend in this place!

This hotel has a good location. Not so far from the airport, shopping mall, and many dining options. The room is spacious, clean, no smell of smoke, even though I got smoking room type. Check-in and check-out process also went smoothly, without any problem. The one that must be improved is the menu options of breakfast and its taste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The location is great uphill close to city center and not that far to airport.But due it’s located uphill is not too convenient always have to use vehicle to reach this hotel and to go to other destinations and to walk and there’s not much public transport or shuttle connected to this area so it’s not so friendly for person who like to walk like me, pedestrian is needed. Staff is accommodating well, although not much local good service ok breakfast time the room is clean and neat however need to have improvement in bathroom amenities and be more efficient go green.

The location is in the central of city. Not quote far from mall and my client's office. The room is big also and quite tidy and also clean enough. Especially the toilet, i think the management can handle it well. The service was not good enough, i was in double bed room, but the laundry pcs we got is the same with single bed room. We only got one pcs of sandal also. I think the management has to fix this.

First time i visit here, the room well enough clean, but th water is not purified well. It's so slippery on skin...and not so clear. The services is very welcome and fast response
