Very Dirty Toilet cannot be flushed FO staff even do not wanted to return the deposit. Even i have checked out.

I stay at junior suite room with my family for vacation And here is the condition of the hotel: - The facility looks old - The toilet drainage doesn't work well - The telephone, the hair dryer and safe deposit box is broken - The swimming pool is closed due to wedding party whereas I come to this hotel because of the swimming pool for my kid - The sound of the wedding party goes in to our room and it was very disturbing - I must wait more than 15 minutes for check out confirmation. And even can be longer if i do not shout to the receptionist

The view is nice enough.Family friendly hotel. It has the swimming pool which the food stall beside. When taking kids to have swimming here,it is economic with good facilities,free towel,including nice fried rice.

15 mins to and from airport (with no traffic) The overall building looks nice, but hot, AC was off The elevator looks like it came from year 1900 (and one of it is off in the morning). The buttons for closing is the one with the "bell" thats supposedly used for emergency. The room is spacey but thats all the nice thing there is. The room smells old and the air con also looks like it came from 1900. Also the AC size doesnt match the room size. So 19 degrees felt like 26? 27? One of the bedside lamp is off Many things are dirty and/or have holes in it. The water in the toilet bowl is yellow-brown as if the color of pee, but its not pee. Its the water it is. The receptionist dont wanna say that it's faulty bcs it clearly is not, since every room is like that. So even if i ask to change room will just be a hassle and also i'm already too tired to move. The water for shower smells and taste like metal. Strong one. Food for dinner was taking extremely long to make, not to mention errors in taking notes regarding specific things The food will be nice without the clumps of salt here and there, and also it will be nice if you can thoroughly work thru all the rice, i expect more from 1 hour of waiting. The satay is very dry and unseasoned, we ended up buying the streetfood and tasted WAY better. My friend and i ended up gofood lol The walls r thin, can clearly hear the noice outside of the road. We ordered a wake up call, but nope, no one called lol Wah been too long not writing this long essay, i guess i'll stop here. So much for "world class hospitality with indonesian authenticity" There's no hospitality and no authenticity for sure. You will not get that friendly indonesian here. All shift, all receptionist, is far from friendly and far from being professional. I'll not get into details bcs i dont want anyone to loose their job. I just dont get it, as far as i remember horison has its name up there. But not so much anymore i guess something changed. All in all, my friend and i just really glad we're here for business trip bcs we'll never wanna pay with our own money for all these. p. s. if any of u need the internet for business or any purposes, FORGET ABOUT IT, we cant even opened food app or even just google maps. at. All. just use your own data. also bonus pics of ants lol sorry i never been to a hotel with ants before, unless to places like bali and the setting is outdoor +++bonus pics they fold the snack box inside out lolllll really they're failing even to the most basic things, i cant even I gave up taking pics and vids. Hopefully others can see enough to decide.

The staff that we meet during our stay here is so friendly and nice. The room and the toilet are clean, there is a small problem with the bed lamp, but it's not a big deal. There is rest area around swimming pool and it's has good snd calming vibe. Overall it's good hotel for us, but there is always room for improvement, thankyou. 🌻

I stayed on junior suite room, came with a an expectation. Dirty carpet, smelly room, super dirty bathroom, there were mold all over the bathroom flooring and curtain. This is unacceptable

We have bad experience here. We think it is worth the price, however, the room is dirty. The hospitality is nonexistent. With the same price, we can have a good homestay room in Bali. I was fooled by the picture from the gallery.

Old hotel, broken jet shower, bidet toilet seat was peeling off, room telephone was broken, can not call the room service, etc. Poor service..

Bad experience. The moment when me and my friend checked-in, we submitted our ID and booking code. Around 2,5 hours later, while we were just minding our business and have planned to relax after a long trip from Samarinda, the officer called and told they gave us the wrong room. They said we need to switch room the next day at 1 PM the latest while we already have another business appointment until 3 PM. Never say never, but we surely won't book to this hotel ever again. Amen to that.

I am lucky when I wanna check in and the officer upgrade my room to executive from deluxe and it is so spacious room but I dont feel comfort when stay for 1 night here, because of the smell of the room it feels damp. And dirty in the floor front of door.

vintage modern hotel, nice place to visit with family.. friendly hotel staff and good service from them. the swimming pool not big enouh when rush hour, so we need to wait for couple hours. and the parking lot is too small for 3 star hotels. also the roof in front of hotels resto and several spots in 2nd floor is leaking when heavy rain. hope this issue will fix soon by the management. over all, this place is worth to visit.

Very bad service. I've stayed in the hotel for 3 weeks, i have experienced dusty carpet, late clean towel, and the very bad experience was water has been turned off for 2 hours (11 pm to 01 am) due to maintenance. Not recommended please avoid unless you stretched with budget.

Good hotels in the past. During my bussines visit on Mar 2021, Unfortunately only a few visitors here. Hotel services is good but need more improvement for Hotel facility like LED TV, Cool bar, Air conditioner, Breakfast menu, etc. Hopefully Horison can return to being a good hotel in the future
