Booked
for

nights
for
emergency
stay
and
regretted
it
from
day
one.
1.
When
I
asked
for
double
bed,
they
downgraded
my
room
from
Space
to
Orion
(which
is
smaller
and
I
assumed
cheaper)
without
prior
confirmation
if
I
agree.
Because
of
this
confusion,
I
wasted
the
whole
morning
to
repack,
move
from
one
room
to
another
to
finally
move
back
to
my
original
room.
The
other
room
they
offered
is
also
damp
and
dirty.
Due
to
this
issue,
I
was
late
to
my
meeting
and
got
very
angry.
Receptionist
said
management
will
come
with
an
apology,
nobody
came,
no
apology.
2.
Throughout
the
whole
stay,
their
staffs
are
not
friendly
at
all,
as
if
they’re
working
there
against
their
will.
3.
Housekeepers
did
terrible
jobs.
They
left
the
room
half
finished
(leaving
trash,
dirty
surface,
and
one
time
dirty
sheet
on
the
top
of
my
pile
of
fresh
clothes)
4.
Horrible
drive
way
at
the
lobby
5.
They
changed
their
rules
based
on
the
direction
of
the
wind
or
mercury
retrograde
may
be—because
one
day
someone
offered
to
bring
my
food
to
the
room,
another
day
they
wont
bring
it
because
it
against
their
rules
(???)
Avoid
this
place
at
all
cost.
Plenty
of
better
option
for
the
same
price.
