I stay here for one night only. My consideration to stay in this hotel is the location and the price. The room is small but the cleanliness is good enough. Toilet is separated with the bathroom. The breakfast is decent, more than enough to start the activity. Recommended if you want to have quick stay in Balikpapan.

Good hotel for short trip or transit while travel. Clean and comfy room but small / compact size. The bathroom is splitted between shower area and washtafel / closet area. Good service from pick up driver, security, front desk and room service staff. Great and delicious food and drink at breakfast buffet.

It is old.. No problem. But dirtiness is at a different level.. Beware.. I don't even want to show you bathroom area..

Clean and tiny room. Toilet smells like someone has peed on it. Try to spray with disinfectant, but doesn’t work. Lights are too dark. Whenever you shower, the water can run out of bathroom to the door because the door seal doesn’t work well. Stay again? I don’t think so, I can find better hotel with same price.

A convenient choice for 1 night. After your use the room it seems much worse than when you entered. Let’s say it is not a good place for more than 1 night.

overnight stay only for transit. the bathroom is so small that water can go out into the bedroom area. dirty bed linen like it has never been replaced. it is better for the hotel to buy new sheets. we didn't buy with breakfast.

The hotel is okay, but i dont like the service. I booked the hotel H-1 and checked in after the check-in time which is 14.00. My expectation after i checked in was i could directly go to the room and took a rest. Yet they told me to wait because the non-smoking room wasnt ready, and suggesting me to take the smoking room. dissapointed with that.

Spent a night in Room 602 which was horrible. It has fungus on the wallpaper, the tissue holder fell off the wall, closet seating was jiggly, floor was dusty, window was not clean. The moment I checked in, I had to leave the room for 4 hours with aircon on to get rid of the damp odor. Also, If you happen to take a shower, the water will flood the room flooring.

Probably the smallest budget hotel room that I've ever been. Could not expect too much. It's okay if you're alone or short stay for transit but when you have to share the room then it would start inconvenience as the toilet & shower is only segregated with a thin private glass wall so you can hear the other person's business in a crystal clear stereo sound. If you have to share the room, make sure your friend is a considerate person. Service is normal standard with nothing special in particular. Breakfast is standard with decent few option.

We were staying at this hotel for 3 days 18-20 Nov 2021, it was a pleasure to having great assistance from the entire staff especially from Toni Setiawan, sales manager that taking care of us and Rachmatillah from Housekeeping who keep up our room clean up and neat. Located in strategic area. Near coffee shop and minimarket. The room was clean but some noise outside the room can be heard. Shower room and toilet is separated, I rarely got hotel like this. It’s quite affordable. I stayed here for 1 night.

Very good value for money. great Aircon,room service for good price. The laundry is expensive though so get it done elsewhere. TV has some English language channels
