Condition inside room: Dirty toilet floor, water leak mark on ceiling. Don't be tricked by good pictures shown in ad. The price I paid is too high with such condition. It's better to choose other 3 star hotel. Not a worth place to stay in.

We break our fast here and had an amazing time. Their staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a live music that we can request or just get to sing along and having a fun time! 80k/pax is really worth the taste of their food! Chef are kind! Such a pleasure to have dinner with our lovely people and staff in this lovely place. Thank Hotel Mega Lestari! 😁👍

Had a great stay here. Despite me being the only westerner in the hotel I really felt relaxed and comfortable in here as a solo traveler. This largy had to do with the service from Melinda. Really welcoming and friendly lady who helped me with a lot of things around the hotel including scooter rental and to plan my visit to Nudantara. Made it feel like both a hotel and a guesthouse for me. 5/5 for her and the rest of the staff their service!

    - The only good thing about the hotel is friendly staff (although they hardly speak english) & the kids pool. - Cleanliness are not priority in this hotel. - No words about the toilet. For sure it was never cleaned with chemicals before and it smells like poop and cigarettes. Lots of black stains, mold and dirt in the sink and shower area that could be easily clean with Clorox. - The bathroom door is very thin and you can hear anything, no privacy if you want to poop. Not to mention that there are some gaps in the door that make the smell from the bathroom go into the room. - Sheets and linens are very old. - My family and I had to shift rooms because the toilet on the first room was very nasty but then it wasn’t any different to the other room. - - Strong cigarette smell. - Breakfast is very poor. If you come from Europe or America don’t expect western options (Just slice of bread and egg, nothing else). They serve mostly local food for local people. Also, they say breakfast buffet starts at 6a.m but if you go at this time, little options will be available as the breakfast buffet was still being prepared. - Horrible wifi. Only 2 devices per room and the signal is very poor. We couldn’t watch Netflix or youtube.

Good enough to stay, old hotel but still function well, complete with swimming pool too, what needs to be improved soon is just cleanliness

Lack of cleanliness, I couldn't believe they left my room floor with so much dirt beneath my bed. Poor lighting and also smoke odor can be smelt clearly.

Looks like management team of this hotel really should check the elevator condition and maintain it regularly.. It's little bit scary when i hear cracking sound while step on it.. i choose stairs rather than ride that rusty elevator

Openly for public swimming pool available here with second class service levels but good one and the fried rice used to be delicious by taste here as well as meeting colleagues or new friends there. But don't let your children inside the room with the window open unattended !

Well equipped rooms, large enough with comfortable beds but very DIRTY. Bathroom was awful, fungi everywhere, toilet yellowish like never been cleaned with chemicals.

From the moment you arrive you can tell that cleaning is not a top priority of the staff and management of this hotel. The staff are friendly but conversing in English was very difficult. The rooms were very dated and the mould allowed to grow in the bathrooms was appalling. The first room I was given the TV would not turn on so I was moved to another room which was worse than the first. I asked to move again as was informed I couldn’t. The staff attempted to clean the bathroom but stopped as he ran out of chemical. The food was very poor and of poor nutritional quality. The hotel does not provide toilet paper but will give you napkins. As this was a quarantine hotel being used before heading offshore the temperature checks at 6am and 5pm were probably excessive and done on your arm giving a false reading. All in all the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.
