😠 the hotel is good but the service is very bad .mainly receptionist .mother old lady. very unsatisfactory and unethical at all. we are customers. we are treated like animals. checkin time. we can't go out and enter the room..? the main door is locked so you can't go out/ enter the hotel once you go...

👍👍 Nice host, clean room, free airport pick-up & drop-off - never think of other place when transit in Balikpapan. Just live it!!
