Old hotel. They've done facelift but still looks old fashion. Location is very good that you can easily access some of main destinations in Balikpapan from this hotel by walking of by public transportation. For low budget travellers this place might duit you, and if you have plan to travel to Samarinda, just go to left hand corner of the building front there you can find a reliable travel bus.

The hotel is quite good, the location is in the middle of the city, a lot of public transportation passes by. There are many of restaurants around the hotel location.
