Akhirnya saya putuskan datang langsung saja... Sampai sana Ruang pendaftaran lt.1 kosong melompong dan tidak menunggu lama bisa di DAFTAR kan untuk konsultasi online nya. God!!! Terus yg WA itu maksudnya apa???? Mohon di tinjau kembali Program dan PIC "DAFTAR konsultasi online" nya..

    Pelayanannya lama bgt, dokternya dari PKL 19.00 WITA sampai PKL 20.45 tidak kunjung datang. Padahal info dari petugasnya jam pelayanan dokter umum sampai PKL 21.00 WITA. Mohon di perbaiki lagi pelayanannya dan mohon dokternya juga di evaluasi bila perlu di ganti. Soalnya kita mau berobat butuh pelayanan yg cepat.

    Yth.panacea Teruntuk apoteker dan dokter spesialis terkhusus tht. Tlg tingkatkn lg pelayanannya,saya periksa tht 2x tp tdk ada kesembuhan malah makin parah. Katanya cm infeksi dikasih obat tetes yg harganya cm 50rb dipasaran, disana d jual hampir 150. Saat saya pindah periksa k rs pertamina, telinga saya ada kemasukan benda,dikeluarkan alhamdulillah sembuh.. Tp di panacea,udh saya bayar mahal obat dan dokter nya tp tdk ada hasil.     Menunggu berjam jam hanya untuk administrasi. Tidak habis pikir betapa buruknya pelayanan disini. Orang datang berobat untuk cepat di atasi, namun habis energi dan waktu hanya untuk ADMINISTRASI !!! disaat menunggu administrasi, dokter duduk didalam tanpa ada pasien, ketika ditanya kapan di proses, masih menunggu berkas administrasi dari lantai 1 pak.     Not satisfied at all by their service; from false doctor's treatment, rude counter service, and expensive medicines which can only be bought in this clinic. I went to an ENT doctor (THT), and they never told me the real problem of my ear which was infected sooo Bad, first told me that I had earwax problem, and gave me medicines which actually caused bad irritation to my ear, after going back and forth caused by my ear infection, they gave me medication which are not fixing the problems and never really told me what's my infection was so at the end after the 4th time going there and spending soo much money, the doctor told me that the infection was gone. A day after I felt just as painful and ichy as the first day I came to the doctor, so I went to another ENT doctor at kimia farma who told me that I have fungal infection, and the medications I get now are for that specific for fungal infection, with low cost medication. This new doctor was really explaining what causes the infection and let me see what going on inside my ears, for a cheaper cost!!!! So for conclusion, you can see how I was really being scam and used by Panacea clinic and very much not recommended this clinic.

    Hanya saran saja, ada baiknya bagian administrasi nya yg harus di perbaiki lagi kedepannya, utk bagian depan pendaftaran mohon karyawan2nya Rama tama, dan muka tidak cemberut, untuk bagian administrasi di atas, mohon kiranya karyawan kalau ngobrol sesama karyawan tdk terlalu nyaring, krn menggangu dan tdk bisa dengar saat nama atau antrian di panggil... Intinya benahi bagian karyawannya....krn dengan pelayanannya yg Rama dan sopan, pastih banyak yg berobat, biar rata2 pake BPJS tapi kan tetap bayar.... Terimakasih hanya masukan buat kedepannya bisa lebih baik lg...
