We acquired a diamond wedding ring that is from Hong Kong. The location is quite lovely, with a strong aesthetic and well-done lighting. The customer service was outstanding, with exceptionally polite, patient, and accommodating staff. They are among the top dealers of genuine diamond and gold rings and accessories. We received a "Diamond Card," providing a lifetime membership with discounts of 25-30% on all their accessories, which is a great perk since my spouse is a fan of jewelry. In addition, they generously provided a complimentary ring and accessories cleaner, along with a Certificate of Authenticity as proof of the diamond and gold composition of the rings.

I would rate my experience 9/10 only because there's a delay in our orders. We were supposed to pick up the rings on March 15, but it arrived on March 22. Overall we were treated nicely. The rings comes with a box, a cleaning cloth and a diamond card if we opt to have it cleaned in any of their stores (for free).

Service was good. They were informative and accommodating. The wedding bands came out nicely. These rings are made to order so you may not know how exactly your diamond ring will turn out until after you make a downpayment to order. But the rings are pretty good when they come out.
