I
felt
discriminated
and
disrespected
by
the
staffs
on
the
front
desk.
My
parents
and
I
went
there
for
an
occular
visit
in
place
of
my
sister
who
had
communicated
with
them
via
online
and
had
a
pencil
booking.
As
advised
we
went
there
3pm,
but
we
were
told
to
wait
for
the
bell
manager.
I
approached
them
2
times
to
ask
if
the
villa
is
ready
for
checking,
the
first
follow
up
they
told
me
that
they
are
cleaning
the
villa,
it
was
taking
too
long
so
I
asked
them
again
because
they
made
us
come
here
at
a
given
time
how
come
the
villa
is
not
yet
ready.
That's
very
disrespectful
of
your
customers'
time,
its
already
4:40pm
when
we
started.
The
front
desk
then
asked
me
if
it's
okay
to
proceed
even
though
the
villa
is
not
yet
clean.
I
am
trying
my
best
to
be
calm
and
just
go
with
it
because
too
much
time
is
already
wasted
and
we
need
to
go
somewhere
else
after.
The
staff
who
accompanied
us
to
the
villa
was
very
kind
and
accomodating
to
all
our
questions.
After
the
occular
visit,
I
requested
for
a
quotation
to
be
sent
to
my
sister's
email
(
I
filled
out
a
form).
I
kindly
asked
the
lady
from
the
front
desk
to
please
provide
the
quotation
as
soon
as
possible
because
my
sister
had
already
asked
them
before
the
occular
visit,
they
said
they
will
send
it
the
next
day
but
nothing
came.
The
staff
was
not
looking
me
in
the
eye
and
just
nodding,
i
am
feeling
irritated
that
time
because
it
seems
like
she
is
not
listening
what
I
was
saying.
