Worst service and staff ever! 👎👎

Every time i have a pick up unit the courier did not pick up on time my parcels. and the driver always reason unsuccessful because of the seller even they did not trying to come to our shop. this is "ALWAYS HAPPENED" i am always suffer from shoppee because of them. i choose pick up because i dont have time to deliver it personally but at the end i always delivered my parcel because no one will come.

Bad cust servc from the boy with mole on his face, 2nd time to return a package from Lazada and he said they ran out of scotch tape and asked me to either tape it back at home or buy a tape. I ended up buying and looks like they tripped me because the return order was cancelled bec the seller did not receive the item.
