We felt that the resort is best for picture taking purposes only. Physically, the resort is pretty an looks good at night. The cabin we stayed in needs some improvement unfortunately. Here are our thoughts and honest feedback Pros: 1- Reception allowed us to check in early because we have a baby in tow. Thank you 2-Cabin interior was nice. Good 2 queen size bed/mattress. with towels and cool a/c 3- Swimming pool was huge and clean 4- spacious parking lot 5- The staff especially the kuyas are responsive 6-Sisig was delicious Cons: 1- The jacuzzi can not be heated due to some damage caused by typhoon. The reception advised us to heat water in the kettle if we want a warmer water in the jacuzzi which is absurd. They should fix this and typhoon can not be an excuse forever or update their website to mention that it is not heated. 2-The front door lock was hard to open. Electrical outlet not covered which is dangerous. 3-There are cobwebs at the back porch. They should trim the hanging plants to reduce insects. Better to install insect zapper. 4- Water coming out of the faucet and shower has foul odor, smells like rust or something. Toilet cabinet doors are falling off. Shower fixture can easily fall off if you're not careful There is no toilet paper holder or a place to put so it cant get wet Lack of rack to hang wet clothes and towels 5-Corkage at 1000pesos is a bit pricey but we know this before booking. There is surcharge on credit cards. 6-Service at the restaurant was disappointingly slow. Our food order took forever to be served. We should have ordered 1hour in advance. Restaurant has no bottled water. 7. very loud music playing at 9:20pm was truly annoying. We had to call staff to tone down the music. They did turn it off. 7. This is resort is not suitable for senior citizens, PWD and babies. There are no ramps going to the swimming pool, cabin; no hi-chair for babies,

The resort itself and the amenities are decent for a daytrip and place looks good at night. Read this for my complaints: Doors are squeaky and you can break it easily. There’s even dog puke on the balcony when we checked in. The windows are full of bug splatter, there are lots of spider cobwebs. The jacuzzi is old and is using a makeshift faucet and there are algaes running on the tubes outside. The couch looks like its been used so much and not maintained properly. THERE IS NO TOILET SEAT There are ALWAYS unexpected power outage. Light switches doesnt have covers. Water heater not working, shower head doesnt even have a hook or something. The shower drain is also missing you can see the pipes underneath. Water smells like rust. Watch out for sharp edges as the cabin was constructed poorly. See photo & videos below. They charge Php1500 corkage if you bring your own food but food at the cafe is not worth it for the price, they make you wait for 1 hour even we are the only customers dining in the cafe. Good only for picture taking, service and rooms are bad.

One of our bucket list to visit this resort, we want to make sure na it will be one of the best and memorable experience, which we were able to achieved. Staffs were polite, kind and assist us well. We Enjoyed the big pool and cabin is clean.Many friends were amazed and asking where it is and how much, for me it was worth the price, a truly memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

This place is very clean and well kept. Cottage are named so you don’t get lost. The facilities are great! Hot tub-jacuzzi in every cabin at the rear deck. The cabin loft has 2 queen-sized beds big enough for a family of 4-6. The pool is big and well lit at night.

Feb 2023 - At the time, no hot water in shower. Staff needs to be trained, be more professional. Kuya's come and go in our cabin to turn on outside lights. Only doorknob lock, no doublelock. No blinds. Jacuzzi seems to turn off when faucet wasn't running, had to call kuya's to fix; it was the highlight of our trip though. Cabin big, nicely designed and new. Excellent back deck with relaxing views. Mosquito repellant appliance was effective in killing mosquitoes. Got a discounted rate during soft opening. Owner nice. P.S. Was led to a dead-end, narrow, single lane road in middle of water and field by Waze and Google Maps. The staff I called to ask for manual directions weren't treating it as seriously as I'd expected. We would've fallen into a ditch if not for a random kuya helping us u-turn in such a tight road. I drove an SUV.

I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing vacation because they have videoke that is so loud and they allow it until 12 midnight. The water in the faucet and shower in the cabin smells and taste rust and the jacuzzi, they are not using hot water. No free mineral water which is normally provided by other resorts. The only part we enjoy in our stay was their resto. The food were good but a lot of items in the menu were not available. We loved their coffee and the service of their staff but overall we think that we won't go back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! The stunning surroundings, top-notch service, and fantastic amenities made it a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to come back!

My honest review and feedback: 1.Customer Service can be improved. 2. Cleanliness in the Mini Jacuzzi located at the back of each cabin should me maintained, so it can be used and be enjoyed by guests as it is included in the amenities 3. Safe drinking water with dispenser must be provided for free to cabin/resort guests. 4. Water from the faucet has foul odor. 5. Bringing of own food inside the resort must not be charged for corkages since there are very limited choices of food/menu in the ISTORYA Bar & Cafe and that the serving time is taking too long before it can be served. 6. Rear door lock in our cabin is not working properly. 7. We are 6 in a group and stayed at Shaine cabin that is good for 8pax. However, the resort offered only complimentary breakfast for 2. 8. The cabin not Senior Citizen friendly or not adviceable for Seniors as the beds are located in the 2nd level. 9. No toilet at the 2nd level, and that you need to go down the stairs for the call of nature in wee hours. This is really very uncomfortable for Senior Citizens especially. 10. Toilet seat is broken and placed under the lavatory. 11. Parking space is way too far from each cabin.

Coming from a long drive to Pampanga, shower is needed but our cabin has slow flow of water and need to call their admin to check. Jacuzzi is not working. As per their maintenance guy, all are currently not working but from the time I booked, no one informed me, I even asked on the usage of jacuzzi, they said we can use it UNLIMITED 🤦 We took the Barkada cabin which is max of q2 pacs( 10 pacs plus 2 additinal with 1k each per night) with free breakfast for 2 of (luncheon mean and egg) Corkage of 1k night, meaning your left over food from last night you have to pay another corkage again the following day (i dont know the rationale if this) Just bring your own mosquito repellant or off lotion, all of us had mosquito bites good God no dengue. Scenery is 👌 superb. No doubt. Service crew were friendly and the food 4/5. For pictorial, soc media content purpose this is 👍 for leisure with family so-so ;) Overall 3.5/5

Rated 4 Stars as there are still lots to be improved in overall customer's experience. 1. Price: The price is okay and very reasonable. 2. Food/Drinks: The food/drinks is good. However, the payment process is extremely inconvenient as you have to pay immediately every time you order. In the end, we did not bother to have additional orders because of this payment process which affects the overall profit. If we want to increase the overall customer's experience, please allow them to pay during checkout. 3. Ambiance: The place is nice and lots of areas to chill out. However, the karaoke schedule should improve as not all guest like to hear loud music until midnight. Unless if the singer has a pleasant voice, it could be a different story. 🤣 4. Cabin: The cabin is nice and spacious. However, it seems that the cabin was rushly (pakyaw) constructed. Lots of misaligned stuff from light/fixtures, shower and etc.(Too many to mention). Another noticeable one was the creaking wood panel on the second floor. It is still okay though considering the price we have paid. 😅 Overall experience is okay despite the problems that we have experienced. Hopefully, everything would improve especially their payment process on our next visit. Thanks!

We had so much fun staying here and i can highly recommend it to everyone! The cabins is so aesthetic, the staff are friendly and excellent customer service to the team! Especially JR who has been our photographer whilst staying in the resort. He’s truly talented! Worth staying here, good value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you JR for our great photos! Salute!
