Always going back here weekly with my kids if time permits for a quick catching up as this is just within Valenzuela City People's Park and beside the new Valenzuela City Hall. Getting tired and hungry from playground and events like free zumba nearby? Several F&Bs like Gerry's Grill (2F where the NBI Clearance Center, Events Place, Overruns Boutique, NBI Expressions Stationary Shop, Bench Fix Salon, Templora Dermatologica and other services), Jollibee (GF entrance beside Mercury Drugstore and fronting Banco de Oro ATM), Greenwich (GF beside Globe Store), Tapa King (GF across HBC and beside Goldilock's), Seattle's Best (GF entrance on the side of Security Bank ATM), Potato Corner, i ♥️ bubble waffle and lemonade stand are available. Seasonal bazaars are available with variety of choices. Btw, if you want unlimited rice, across VTC is Mang Inasal. Chowking is also located across where the South Supermarket (with McDonald's, North Park, Shakey's, Chicken Deli, Red Red Ribbon and Mang Delfin's Putong Pulo) is located. A great place for business meetings and gathering with families, friends and loved ones.

The place lacks air-conditioning .Sweat will drip after a few minutes stay.

if you are planning to apply for NBI it is very convenient to get one here. locsted on the 2nd floor.

Near fast foods. Park is adequately big. Just behind important government offices.

Located at upper floor of val town center peoples park, please do try the shop. U will not be disappointed.

The place is not crowded and quite....i was there when i go to restauran and government agency at the 2nd floor.

Accessible and this is just beside the park we used to buy foods here @jollibee while on the people's park.

Very good, Gerry's Grill there is the cozier place among the food providers in the VTC. Good that Business is recovering in spite of the rain

Parking nightmare, good luck in finding a parking space at anytime of the day. Very crowded place. They have some food establishments and city hall is nearby which explains the crowd and parking problem.

Very thankful our Mayor developed a place beside the City Hall where you can book events, eat on fast food restaurants, shop for needs and many more. On the second floor, you can locate the NBI office, Medical and diagnostic center, dental clinic and the events place. There’s an underground parking space too.
