Lovely serviced apartments in the heart of Ortigas Business center. The one bedroom suites are super spacious, with everything you need, including washing machine/drier. The gym is quite modern and fully equipped. The guards on the door are very courteous and helpful. Check in took a little longer than expected due to only one attendant on the front desk. That was resolved a short time later. All in all, very nice premises which can accommodate both business or stay cation traveller's.

Very good hotel, also for longer stays. Friendly staff, always helpful. Very nice pool with lounge and gym. The breakfast is ok, a bit monotonous after a long time. We would love to come back on our next visit to Manila.

This is my go-to hotel in the Ortigas Center area because the rooms are well-appointed, the staff are always courteous and helpful, and there is very good breakfast included to start your day. The laundrette is also a big plus for when we have to travel for long periods and have accumulated some clothes in need of a wash. It is also within walking distance to a good mall and several dining options. I hope they maintain their level of service because we definitely like staying there. However, last visit I had a little problem with the dining staff as they stopped me at the door and told me I was not allowed in because I was wearing a "sando". I was in fact wearing a sleeveless blouse and a long skirt. Put me off enough to get breakfast elsewhere. So I would caution anyone to make sure to ask if they still have a dress code for dining.

Loooved this hotel. I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, everything was super clean and new. The views were pretty nice as well. The staff was nice. Sadly I only had the time to get breakfast there once but it was good, they can make you poached eggs which I love lol. If Iโ€™m in the area Iโ€™d definitely stay there again

Stayed here for 3 nights and had good experience. The studio rooms are clean and spacious. Fully furnished with necessary things e.g. kitchen utensils, microwave oven, fridge, flat iron and board, drinking water, etc. Check-in and check-out process is seamless. I was able to use gym/recreational area too. Well recommended place to stay in Ortigas area.

Excellent service! We stayed here for in preparation for #Pasiglaban. I could say that the hotel even went the extra mile by allowing guests to check in early so they could rest for a moment before going to the rally, providing free fans with #LeniKiko2022 print, and giving away free water and siopao to tired and hungry guests right after the rally. Super pleasant experience talaga. The room that we had was spacious and it had everything we needed for our short stay. ๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŽ€๐ŸŒธ

Stayed here couple of times and both were very disappointing and infuriating to say nonetheless. Staff service was horrendously awful. From very long checkin time, to the speed of service, the manager telling me theyโ€™re a fake 4-star hotel cannot be truer. Once, the keys were not working multiple times, they asked me to stay in a colleagueโ€™s room while it took them hours to figure out that they need to replace entire locking mechanism. Just calling for housekeeping takes more than 1.5 hours. Room had a very funny gagging smell! They have extremely bad guest services, and they just donโ€™t care.

Long lines at check-in indicates its popularity. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was very good for the price. Highly recommended.

One of the quarantine hotels provided by the government. The facilities are great, and coupled with Filipino hospitality, your stay will be great!

Got the cheapest studio room and was pleasantly surprised with a full kitchen and spaciousness of the area.

"I agree with some of the reviews here like the review of Mr. Al. I Elaine, with my family, experienced poor customer service and some awful receptionists. Although some of their departments have good customer service, like the engineering department, their guards, and bellboys. We stayed twice, and the service was really bad for us. Instead of having a stress-free staycation, it was the other way around; we were so stressed. The welcome basket that is usually available when entering the rooms was still not delivered, so we had to call and follow up. They gave it to us the next day. When we arrived, the main door took an hour or two to be fixed. The receptionists and staff were not accommodating at all. I agree with some of the reviews here that it is awful. Though the Manager, Ms. Luz, assured us that they were doing everything they could, for me, the friendliness of the staff matters the most. I had to call the executive office and the sales department to raise our experience, and Ms. Sophie of the Sales Department entertained us. Thanks to her and to the men from the engineering department who helped us. I would never recommend this hotel and will never go back. The price is quite expensive, but it is not worth it. I want to stay where we can relax and have a stress-free time. We are fond of staying in hotels, but for me, this is the worst one. I am really disappointed for the second time around. When I rate the places we've been to, my number one factor is customer service. The friendliness and accommodating receptionists and staff really count, and for me, their customer service is the worst. This is the first time that I am so disappointed with the hotel we checked into. I am always happy and thankful for all the hotels we've visited, but not this one."

I never thought this is a good place to stay in Ortigas. They have very spacious rooms and accommodating staff. My friend used their hotel as her venue for wedding preparations and it was so worth it!

No ,not at all , they don't even provide basic facilities, and if u ask for something they keep u waiting and they will not get back half the time. So let's start from Begin, we are staying at Citadines Millennium Ortigas on 9th floor , the room number is 915 , But when we came here 2 months back, our room was 2415 but unfortunately half the thing (90%) were not provide, so after so many followups nd struggle we asked us to shift to room no 1615 with all the facilities including breakfast for a week, they took time to resolve our issues for room no 2415 , after one week we got our room (2415) back but with only 70% resolution, but we're like it's fine we will manage no problem, after few week we got letter that will have to shift back again bcoz of the floor and room maintainance , nd the room which they are gonna provide is fully mainted , we saw our room 915 and we shifted there, after 3 days water started leaking from both Aircons, there were cocroach and lizard in the room, the whole house is stinking. We aren't getting a permanent solution and are unable to sleep peacefully. Our health is getting impacted and unable to concentrate on work

Terrible hotel service. hotel of waiting and waiting. any request they first discuss amongst each other and than, maybe, they take action. second stay; nothing changed. wanted to go to another hotel, but was fully booked. asking to talk to the manager on duty, resulted in a telephone call of at least 2 minutes by the front desk, while requesting him to come to the front desk should not take more than 15 seconds. And still they wanted me to wait 5-10 minutes. Do not have time for this! Breakfast for Asians only. little choice for western people. Service is bad, just bad! They ask, but they do not listen; when they ask how was everything sir, and I say bad, they still say thank you!?. Ask to talk to the Chef, resulted in a discussion amongst each other, with the result that the chef will not come! it appears that the he doesn't want to face the bad breakfast he is serving, or is not there at all!! Pinoy's give excellent service abroad, why not in Philippines?

This hotel is NOT recommended for those who want to stay longer. Iโ€™ve been staying here for months from Aug-October 2022 and Jan-Feb 2023 and in early March 2023. Sometimes they did not clean your room for unclear reasons. If they clean, the timing is not consistent. Sometimes at noon, other times at very late afternoon. Quite often i have to call the front desk to remind them to clean my room. Sometimes they said the reason is that they forgot but why did they remember to clean other rooms on the same floor? As a guest who frequently stayed here for longer period, I feel not respected.

I had the pleasure of staying at this pet-friendly hotel recently, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, making it an ideal choice for a wedding suite. The room amenities were nearly complete, though the absence of a hairdryer was a minor inconvenience. However, they did provide essential necessities like a washing machine, fridge, microwave, utensils, rice cooker, flat iron, trash bags, and a water jug, which added great convenience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The pet-friendly policy was a significant plus for me, as I could bring my furry companion without any hassle. Its proximity to a mall (walking distance) makes it a convenient choice for those who enjoy shopping and dining. On the downside, the pillows provided were high, not very soft, and uncomfortable for my preference.

My team stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, very clean, complete amenities. Value for money is 5 out 5 considering the location, quality of service and room quality.

Few details about my horrible 2 weeks of experience 1. I reported a missing charger post cleaning on May 11. Did 1 follow up on that day and another 1 on the following day but not heared anything until I followed up on May 19 twice until I finally got the bad news that they did not find it. No courtesy at all in updating their customers! 2. The room cleaning services is not clean at all. On my daily experience, there are still left clutters/dust, have to remind them to refill the toiletries because they do not proactively do it and the floor is still sticky. 3. The hallways are not so hospitable at all and looks like a timid and dark passage. 4. Elevator is cranking. So far what stood out were numbers 1 as the highlight of it all then followed by number 2. I will not rally for this hotel and will for sure give feedback to my company which booked me here so other employees do not experience the same treatment. This hotel is very far from being a 4 star. Too far with standards of Accor/Novotel. Worst 2 weeks ever experienced in a hotel.

From a very good experience just last week to a very bad one this week. Citadines - please do not advertise that you are a pet friendly establishment and let guests pay 1,000 per night per pet and yet do not allow the guest to eat breakfast with their small pom even in the secluded restaurants while all the closeby malls allow pets to be brought by their owners for dine in designated sections. so whats the point? and to think i was about to endorse your hotel for our transient and visiting provincial staff

I had an experience with a security guard named Herbon JJ or Hebron JJ. I was waiting for someone in the area near the back entrance at 10pm, for less than 10 mins. Because I was carrying a book and two brown bags, I decided to put it on top of the glass table. This lady guard was quick to reprimand me and tell me that I canโ€™t put my things there. I am a constant guest of the hotel since 2017. While my staycations there are under different friendsโ€™ names, I would like to still think that I gave some loyalty to the condotel. I do not appreciate that a supposed simple helpful gesture will not be allowed just because according to the lady guard someone might come and use the table. At 10pm? I wasnโ€™t even there for 10 mins!

Horribly slow from desk. Staff is lackluster at best. Almost no care for customer service. Rooms facing Ortigas Avenue are noisy at all times. Rooms are generously sized. Could be better than average.

Comfy beds and I like the contemporary theme. Complete with kitchen appliances and utensils. Pet friendly though I haven't tried bringing one our pets here.

I was a long term guest here. If you enter the lobby you will notice a strong scent of air freshener. This is because there is a sewage gas leak throughout the building. It is noticeable on the upper floors as the gas gets concentrated the higher you go in the building. It was making me sick the last time I stayed. This is a serious health hazard but of course no one will take action about this. By the way I have a degree in construction inspection, so this is my informed opinion about their building.

From Lucy CBK : Very good service. Engineering & housekeeping were responsive. Received excellent service from Jarius. Very good customer service from Totchie. Enjoyed the rain shower. Liked the washer/dryer. Good kitchen amenities - induction stove top, hot water pot, new medium-sized refrigerater.

Stayed here during quarantine. They are very strict and is following protocol. The only thing they need to improve is cleanliness because our tables have crumbs when we checked in. A couple of cockroaches on the sink. No dishwashing liquid. There were no hand towels in the bathroom.

    1. My credentials cannot connect to WIFI when I arrived from office at 10pm. My room phone is not working when I want to complain my WIFI. It is only my second night of 5 nights stay. 2. I asked to spray mosquito spray because there is some small insect biting. 3. The guest relations officers are very good and polite. 4. Suggest in this time of pandemic, house keeping should clean the room everyday. Overall stay is ok.

I would highly recommend Citadines Ortigas! We arrived from US to PH 11/21/21 we spent our quarantine days and it was the most amazing time! They were very organized and fast to response whenever we were still back in the US. They have an airport to hotel transport too which was so convenient! When we arrived they were following all the protocols, social distancing, PPE's and everything was so clean! They delivered all our requests and everything was fast paced. What was also a plus is that everybody was so nice and courteous! They were amazing! We cant thank them enough!

The worst stay I have ever experienced in Manila. Not worth the money. Poor Staff Service I booked for 3 adults but they only provided bath towels, toothbrushes for 2. I called more than 3 times to bring us the third one however the housekeeping staff gave us 2 again!! Confirm how many adults booked in your system please!! Room not cleaned even we came back after 4 pm. Staff not accommodating at all. Breakfast Only complimentary for 2 even I booked for three. I was not aware of this throughout the booking process. When I went into the restaurant they asked me for more than 800 pesos for the poor breakfast... Laundry Also charging more than 300 pesos. Room Room itself is spacious but the light is very dark in the room.

One of my favorite hotels in the city. I've stayed here for team bondings, friend staycations, bridal showers and more recently - a COVID quarantine stay. As I was coming back to Manila from abroad during COVID, I knew right away I wanted to stay here. In Citadines, I knew I would get great value for my money since the size of their apartments are big. I was getting ready for a long-quarantine period and figured I would need the extra space. I arranged hotel pickup (from airport) which arrived on time, the transfer was smooth and checking in was easy. The staff welcomed me upon check-in and assigned me a room that was super clean and comfortable. They sanitized my luggage and sent it up to me. They delivered meals to my room (you have to upgrade to a meal package) and each meal was yummy and well-portioned. They were all rice meals. Internet is fast, AC is cold, bed is comfortable. When my results came out I was able to check out right away with the help of the on-site coast guard that is on duty to assist guests. It was very easy and I almost forgot that I was there on quarantine. Wanted to stay longer as it was so comfortable and I felt very secure. You guys can't go wrong here. 5 Stars, as always!

Stayed here for business trip, room was pretty spacious and clean. aqua gallon was sealed and kitchen sponge provided is still sealed in plastic. went for the paradasia royale spa to get my weekend treat and i regretted my decision. only booked for the manicure spa service and i ended up having 4 bleeding nails, and the manicurist didnt use the nail dryer. when i was about to make the payment, she had to do retouch on my nails cause the paint was messed up. and by the time i reached my room, my other nail polished fingers and coating was in a mess. itโ€™s one of the worst manicure experience ever for me and not to mention the pain i had to bear. i wonโ€™t come back again for sure.
