Do you allow direct settlement for the professional fees of your consultants? I experienced it first hand from this hospital. They don't like to be properly taxed and had to pay for the PF's to their respective secretaries. It's a hassle and quite frankly a form of cheating to the national coffers. Please fix your collection.

Done my tooth restoration and cleaning here using my philcare card. Health card is good for 1 tooth restoration only and 1 time cleaning. I thought the dentist is good. She restored my 8 tooth. After one month all the filling was detached. From satisfied now I am dissatisfied.

Absolutely the worst hospital you could ever visit. No one is competent. Everyone is rude and idiotic. Do not bother coming to this hospital/medical center.

Went to CASTRO Hospital Baliwag ER. Was given medicine on nausea and was prescribed meds for headache and... allergy? (Benadryl which is said to make me sleep since my heart rate is at 110 to 120s and I should just sleep it off, apparently). Got sent home after because I might be having anxiety attacks at the hospital. Told the resident doctor that I tend to lose the anxiety after staying in the hospital but was told it's my call if I want to stay since "there's nothing they can do anymore". No tests. Got billed P700 for nothing.

Good rooms and staffs. However, the smell of cat urine is lingering in the hallways. I think this must be addressed.

Very unprofessional. Social worker asked us to pay 50k per night in ICU. we complained and doctor said social worker was wrong and it was just 5k per night. crazy eh? and when we were settling our final bill, they tried to charge us fees that were already been paid. They produced an invoice total of 45k, since the invoice details looks very dodgy, we had to complain again. Once again, they overcharge, and we ended up paying only 7k!! Like seriously? how can you take advantage of people? I can produce proofs but words are enough for people to know how u sucked up on people’s money.

We visited the OPD; the doctor was late, and we waited for 1.5 hours, but the consultation time only lasted for about 3 minutes. I was there because I had a sharp pain in my lower back and felt dizzy all the time. After stating my symptoms, the doctor wrote "sciatica" on a sticky note while saying, "eto ang sakit mo, search mo sa google," and she handed me the note. "Yes, po those are my symptoms, but how come?" I asked. Before I could finish my sentence, she said, "I-search mo na lang sa Google maniwala ka." I don't want to be rude, so I just nodded, and she prescribed a pain killer that is not suited for me at all because I had shortness of breath when lying down after just 1 dose. This was 2 years ago.

Their emergency staff doesn’t have the skills and not moving in high priority. Please do not go to this hospital especially when it is out of business hours if you have HMO. They will only allow you to use HMO for consultation, besides that they will tell you to pay forward and just have it refunded. The doctor on call instead of performing checks on me, he prioritized filling up the paperworks. Ridiculous! I walked out with a throbbing headache.

Doctor's are very very late. I did a CBC test and it cost 620 pesos. I don't even know if the cashier knows what she's doing.

Bad experience at the admission room/OPD, we arrived at 4pm and we were admitted at 11pm. I'm crying, my fever is back and forth, my baby can't breathe. The resident doctor said (in a rude way) that we needed to be admitted and we agreed, why did we wait that long? We waited for 7 hours, my baby was only 5 months old, they couldn't prioritize it, despite knowing that the baby was suffering from pneumonia. Be fair, you're human too, if it's done to you, you won't be happy either. Staffs/nurses in the isolation and regular room were okay and kind.

It's super expensive here, even better than Manila.
